United StatesThe elevator was broken when arrived however I didn’t get her name but the sweet housekeeper helps me with luggage to room on second floor. I thank her very much. The next am the elevator was working. The pool/ jacuzzi was closed and I was looking forward to that to relax. Kids was very noisy running and playing in halls. Other than that stay was ok. The next morning I had an arm full of stuff the front desk clerk was in a conversation by door came to acknowledge me but told me put card in basket. My hands was full I was expecting her to get card.
The housekeeper was very sweet and stop what she was doing to assist me with luggage upstairs to room. I thank her very much.

United StatesThe elevator wasn't working correctly and my in-laws actually got stuck in it, not for very long but they were stuck so we used the stairs the 2 days we were there.
Over all was a nice stay and family friendly. The kids enjoyed the pool, and they didn't mind taking the stairs, even tho we were on the 3rd floor 😞

United StatesThe location was really far out. The bed was a bit firm but not as bad as other places I've stayed. I also really dislike the whole ESG nonsense these companies are complying with. It's pathetic.
The place was quiet. The breakfast was nice. They had a lot of amenities. The room was clean. I also had full control of the thermostat.
