Bathroom was dirty. Building needed repairs. Ice machine didn't work. Breakfast was a joke. Elevator and hallways were dirty.

Our room was filthy, things were broken, and the staff promised late checkout but barged into our room because they didn't speak to one another about it.

The beds were not queens, but we're full size when I had reserved a deluxe double queen room. The mattresses were old, and one was bowed. There were stains on the sheets and towels. There was not enough outlet plugs offered for my devices. The breakfast was lacking. The muffins tasted musty. We ended up going out for breakfast instead.

The price was good deal for a 2 night stay.

Room was dirty. Food crumbs on floor, ketchup stains on night stand, melted ice left in bucket, water leak behind toilet, bath towels had stains on them. Asked night shift front dest for 2 extra towels, she said they didn’t any and she was the only one there so she couldn’t go look for any. Ended up driving to Wal Mart the next day and buying some.

Toilet taking forever to stop filling up after flushing. Carpets in the hallway looked dirty. Drapes in the room were hanging, looked like the rod was broken. Only one trash can.

Your night staff could stand to be friendlier and have breakfast stocked for anybody staying there, not waiting for the day shift to do it when they get there.

It was disgusting in the hallways. The over all look of the hotel looked very neglected. My room had hair all through the sheets. The bathroom was disgusting and water was foul smelling. The moment I walked into the hotel a man and woman were arguing because she was a presumed prostitute and didn’t sleep with the man after he was nice to her and hotel staff ignored the loud, argumentative, disrespectful and crude conversation that was visibly making everyone else feel uncomfortable. There were homeless people sleeping in the parking lot. Not ever coming back.

Staff gave me wrong room, also booked another room gave them the wrong room and then continued to tell me they didn’t have anymore rooms available due to me booking both room days in advance

no coffee pot in my room and it took over 2 hours to get one to me and then they didn't bring me any coffee. the lady that works the night staff is not very friendly and doesn't really care about her customers. couldn't get her to do coffee the next morning for me to drink before we had to head out and then she wouldn't put out more stuff for the girls to eat before we had to leave town. luckily the day staff girl came on and did it all and I applaud her. the night lady just kept saying there wasn't anymore.

The tv didn’t work, the room was not as clean, no blankets, the ac made a loud noise, the shower didn’t have any water pressure, we had to shower in a family members room because ours was very little water coming out, vending machine did not work.

There's was no fridge or microwave. There was a massive shoe print on the wall. There was a minimal breakfast.

The condition of the room and the hotel itself. Room and bathroom in room looked and smelled dirty. The grounds, interior elevator, halls and lobby were not well kept dirty, and let go.

the property looked like it was under construction and they just...stopped. missing tiles in the ceiling, holes in the wall / unfinished walls, horribly stained carpet. the beds did not have coverlets.
