Room felt dirty. Carpet was severely stained and damaged, sofa severely damaged and scratched up, room had a faint smell of pet urine, trash hadn't been emptied, surfaces were sticky. Bathtub was stained. Mold stains in bathroom ceiling. AC unit very loud. Only three pillows on a king size bed. Feels like they're about to renovate the rooms. In the meantime, maybe don't rent them out or at least take pictures that adequately present the rooms in current state.

Bed was comfortable enough, blinds provided full darkness, check in staff was okay.

We booked this hotel for the pool. There was nothing online that said the pool was not in working order. It was dark green so we could not swim and there was no mini fridge or microwave in the room. We were there for 1 night, so it was not a big deal but it was a bit inconvenient that we had to trash our food because we couldn't keep it cold.

The room was cold and it was quiet.

Only cool place in hotel were the rooms.

The rooms were clean but apparently there was a leaking roof so our rooms were changed accordingly.

It’s an old building not up to date. The room had a weird smell and there was a roach in the bathroom the second night I was there.

The app said the pool was open when it was close that was the reason why we booked this hotel was because of the pool

Overall stay was pleasant. Breakfast was good for pricing of the stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Chose this hotel because of having a pool, but, the pool was out of service and not maintained. Majority of the doors were crooked and left a wide enough gap that you could clearly see into the room or hallway. Water pressure was really weak. Still waiting for my refund of my deposit that was charged upon checking in that was not mentioned in the booking after I had paid upfront before my stay. Whole outside of the hotel wreaked of mary jane. Luckily not on the floor I was on. Pricing was really fair for the area.

The people who work there are lovely and they did offer for me to switch rooms but my room reeked of cigarette smoke so much so that I could barely sleep.

Our room had the pool view but we only had a blackout curtain and felt very exposed when we opened it during the daylight hours. The lighting in the rooms was not the best but it was fine.

The check-in and check-out was quick and our room was clean and tidy on our arrival.

The key cards we were issued failed to work on the entrance doors. They were changed and still failed to work. Breakfast was poor. No bread for toast and no toaster.

Had to wait in the lobby for over an hour after check-in time to get our room. Had tried to check in an hour earlier but no rooms were available. So we left and came back an hour later, and we still had to wait another hour and 10 minutes to get our room. Need more food options at breakfast like yogurt, fruit, muffins, flavored coffee creamers. Need queen size beds in all double rooms. Need fridge and microwave in all rooms. Noise of someone’s music (loud music late night and early morning) and the smell of smoke from the bathroom vent made it quite unpleasant for a couple of hours, but overall it was a good stay.

Very convenient location. Great price! Love the size of the room. Friendly staff.

I left a request for a 0630 wake up, but the call never came. Desk rep. was writing something, told me he would put in. I am sure he just forgot all about it. Good thing I didn't have an 0800 appointment.

The room was larger than normal for 2 queen bedroom, which was nice. And, although it is showing its age, the hotel, and especially my room, was very clean. Very reasonable rate.

AC blew directly on the bed. Electrical outlets very loose. No hairdryer in our room, had to have one brought from another room.

Loved the floor layout for more space.

No mini fridge for storing insulin meds. No fast food restaurants nearby except for jimmys.

I liked our room. It was clean, nice, big, and fully stocked with everything listed on my 3rd party booking site. Breakfast is casually late but hot and ready when the staff decide to put it out. You must be patient . I did not like the fact that the hotel does not list their strict policies for check in on the 3rd party websites. There were some important details we needed to know before arrival to make check in take less than an hour and to cut down on staff frustration. The card I used to book the room online is not a credit card that the hotel accepts for payment. Maybe they could be more open to various forms of payments. Lastly there is a bell to ring for service but it is behind the counter up on a shelf. Staff made me feel like they don't want guests to come and if they come leave them alone. They were not very hospitable. I do not plan to return here again unless it's by mistake.
