Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The front desk gave us some good recommendations for dinner places. Close to alot of restaurants and stores. Breakfast was good , clean and well maintained.

We have a kings suite and then bathroom was small toilet area was cramped it felt like you were using a public bathroom stall

I waited in the lobby about 15 minutes before being helped. The bathroom floor had dried droplets of blood by the toilet. The price of the hotel was too high for the quality.

Very comfortable bed and the first time in a l9ng time the curtains kept all sunlight out of the room in the morning.

The hotel was pretty dirty, especially the carpets. There is no elevator. The beds weren't super comfy, but they weren't terrible either. The TV was a struggle to figure out. Hot tip: To get the remote to work, we had to point it at the ceiling and not the TV, then it worked just fine! But options were limited.

We enjoyed the room and the breakfast. The pool was a bonus, too, but could definitely use some upkeep. It was a little dirty. The location was OK! Don't expect a view, and just stay here for getting to where you want to go. It is close enough to most things we were there to do. The staff are not the problem here, they were all wonderful and doing their best.

Grass area for pets would have been better than the rocky,dirt area behind the facility. The area was easily accessible and free of left over pet debris. Having a full container for pet refuse bags was extremely helpful and the disposal can was emptied frequently,so minimal smell.

Breakfast was excellent and the food was hot and kept full throughout the morning. Staff very friendly and helpful in locating local eateries and activities.

Carpets need some help. There was sticky stuff stuck to the carpet in the room we had. There is also no elevator. So anyone that had a problem with stairs should book the 1st floor only.

Great location & friendly staff. The breakfast is decent and my daughter loved the indoor pool and spa. They are also very dog friendly.

We travel with our old Labrador. Pet area was pretty shoddy. Out side grounds were in messy.

Loved our room. We were there for Mothers Day weekend. Plenty of room for our kids and grandkids to come visit. Our great grandson was able to go swimming with grandpa. Good breakfast.

The pool and jacuzzi was being renovated which wasn’t on the booking app. I have bad legs and being in the water would have helped my pain. They gave us a discount but we were still charged the booking rate. How do we get that fixed ?

The bathroom caulk was falling apart around thew shower head and the faucet.

The breakfast was wonderful. The room was a bit dated, but clean and fit our needs perfectly. It is an ideal value inn. Would definitely stay again if coming through the area on a roadtrip like we were.

Had to check in after midnight with a dead phone, exhausted with a tired puppy, but the girl at the desk was super nice and helpful! Booking.com charged me but the hotel still showed that I hadn't paid, which was a whole mess, but she was patient with us while we moved money around our accounts in order to pay for the room again. Was also very friendly anytime we went down for snacks or water!
