Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

ChinaWe had several big suitcases which are too much for a uber, thus called the reception for the airport shuttle after we collected our luggage as instructed. We were told to expect the shuttle in 10~15 mintues, but actually waited about an hour to finally get on to the shuttle. We called about 3~4 times during our waiting period but every time we were told to wait another 10 minutes. The room, and bathroom as well, is comparatively small and crowded.

United StatesThe property is overpriced in my opinion even by Alaska standards. The breakfast was just okay and the room very standard fare, albeit clean. Despite this, we paid $275/night. Ouch!
The property is clean and well located within a 10 minute drive from downtown Anchorage and the Ted Stevens Airport. Roselia deserves a special mention for her outstanding service and attention. We also appreciated the shuttle service to the airport.
