Staff really seemed like they did not want to be there, and the breakfast was subpar. I had better experiences and hotels with lower rates. the place will work for a one night stay, if you are looking to stay in the area for a while and see the sights, I would look somewhere else. For the same rate you can find better lodging elsewhere.

The rooms were clean and the AC was strong, I enjoyed the smart TV that allowed us to stream Youtube for the kids. The property is pet friendly. I have a large family and they were able to book us two rooms right next to each other to keep us all close.

Room was dirty. Maids don’t even carry mops for hard wood floor. We asked for new linens and towels after a couple of nights and never received them. Breakfast was very limited during the week and only slightly improved during the weekend.

The good location for the Starr Brewery. The bed was comfortable .

No problems with staff, the tub drained very slowly, and was old and not very “Handicapped friendly”. The ice machine was broken as was the washer and dryer. Also, the Dennys Restaurant on property was closed due to remodeling. It would have been nice to know these things upon checking in. The best thing was the place was clean & they allow pets.

The room they put us in was right behind the Denny’s. They had a very early delivery and it was very loud. My sister and I were on this trip together and that corner was very dark for two women who are traveling alone.

I don't know why I had to put two deposits down. When I extended my stay by 2 days. I stayed in the same room. But the lady said cause I was adding more days, I had to put another $100 deposit. I have never had that happen before, or have I heard of this happening. I work in the hotel industry, and when clients extend the stay. They don't get charged another deposit fee. I even explained to the lady. I was paying for a room for someone I can't keep paying deposits just to stay extra days. This is why she didn't stay longer and now at another hotel.

The breakfast was not really exciting and it was inconvenient to drag the luggage to the second floor. There are no elevators.

The room was fine for what we needed. There were many places to eat nearby.

Original room had no refrigerate and was told it did not come with one. Needed one for medications. They changed our room but they did not have another available with a King bed. Refrigerator was not cold.

Front Desk Service Changed our room without hesitation New room was much cleaner than the original.
