Having breakfast delivered to the room was nice, however the earliest option is between 7:30 and 8 am. I personally would have liked an earlier option for breakfast delivery.

The path leading to the beach is excellent. The beach there, south of A street is not overly crowded.

La Fiesta was a quiet and peaceful property to stay at. All the workers there were kind and helpful. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay at.

Too much chlorine is used for room cleaning, so we had to air the room out for quite a while until the strong smell disappeared. Also, the breakfast menu could be more varied, but that’s probably difficult to achieve considering they don’t have a breakfast hall. So, I recommend buying some fruit and vegetables before arriving to supplement your breakfast :)

The biggest advantage of this place is its location – a stunning spot right on the oceanfront. A large, beautiful pool with plenty of sun loungers that was never crowded. The rooms are standard, with all windows facing the property and bathroom windows overlooking a rather noisy mini-golf course, but this was not a problem. Since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, we upgraded to a better room on the second floor with an ocean view. What an amazing view and the soothing sound of the waves! If only the noise from the mini-golf area didn’t last until 11 p.m., it would be perfect ;) The landscaping is beautiful, there’s private beach access, and breakfast is brought to your room – everything was just right. Rooms also have refrigerators and coffee machines. Within a 10–15 minute walking distance, there are several restaurants; we especially recommend the one right on the shore – fantastic food and atmosphere, but it’s only open until 6 p.m., so plan for lunch, brunch, or an early dinner. The beach is wide, clean, free of litter, and never overcrowded. Truly, if we ever have the chance, we will definitely come back here.

We absolutely loved our stay at La Fiesta Ocean Inn and Suites. Our room was meticulously cleaned and our beds were so comfortable. The staff is amazing and very friendly. We enjoyed talking with all the staff which made us feel like family. Shannon, Jim and Dave are so kind. The pool was gorgeous and clean. The grounds were amazing! We spent time admiring all the beautiful landscaping and flowers. We loved the breakfast that was delivered to our door. We had several options in the morning and the food was delivers hot and delicious! I loved that the lobby had coffee by 6-6:30 even though we had a coffee maker and great coffee provided in our room. I can’t say enough about this wonderful gem of an Inn on the beach. We stayed several places in St. Augustine and nothing could beat this place. We will definitely be coming back to La Fiesta and want to thank the staff for such a wonderful stay.

The beds were small and uncomfortable (typical hotel beds), microwave needs updating, vending machine wasn’t working. No major complaints though.

Beautiful landscaping and excellent location. The townhouse style room is large for a family. Very clean, staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

It is a bit far from downtown but we used a car so it was not a problem. The hotel was close to the beach, well equipped, and the ambiance of the hotel grounds was nice. It was a good place to stay for a relaxing stay.
