Hotel is cute and location is great. Comfortable rooms and decent food. It’s a bit ridiculous to have to pay for valet parking when the parking lot is small and the car gets driven 10 feet and parked.

Minimal facilities beyond pool, restaurant, bar. No gym. There is a yoga class on Sat and Sun am and by appointment. No other fitness options. No relationships with local gym or golf course or pickleball courts. Not sure about spa treatments. Potentially. there was an option for in room massage?? Rooms are very pricey and not very speacious and the patios are not as well appointed as outlined on website. It looked like there were private hot tubs and fire pits on the patios, but that was only in the Residence which is very pricey, stand alone building with a room and dining and living area. The Hermann Bungalows are bigger and better appointed than L'Horizon rooms, but not by. as much as the price differential and there is not a separate sitting room and they are not detached buildings so you can hear adjacent room TV and, in our case, a constantly barking dog. Nice idea, good vibe, need to do more with the accommodations to justify the premium pricing.

Overall vibe is very consistent with Palm Springs, nice touches with amenities such as Le Labo products and Hermes throw blanket and pillow, pool areas are clean and small and quiet, staff is very helpful, overall a luxe feel and very relaxing.

Despite new construction, poor noise insulation. Received a call day prior asking for our expected arrival time “so we can be ready for you”…. When we arrived at that time, around 3, we’re told room not ready-no problem we thought since std check in is 4 pm. After it started getting cool around 4 was told because the prior occupants were offered a late check out, the room wouldn’t be ready until 5-totally unacceptable-after providing my feedback were moved to the Herman bungalow suite but not the way to start out an $800/night stay.

Ended up in one of the Herman bungalows-very new and felt private. Adults only also a big plus.

Internet really sucks in the bungalows. Best place to use the WiFi is at the pool… The dust on the parking lot.

Beautiful swimming pool area. Each room has its own little patio. Staff was very responsive and ready to help. Nice turned down service with bottles of water, ice and other treats.

My premier suite with a pool view did not have a view of the pool

Hermann bungalows is the newer part of the property, the private pool is shallow and has fantastic semi-submerged lounges that you can spend all day in, especially with the shade umbrellas up

This really was a pleasure to stay in. Gorgeous new rooms, lovely pool, fabulous setting - I wish I stayed longer. I had dinner there too and it was really very good indeed.

Bed was just ok not great (in terms of comfort) for how upscale the property is.

There was a dirty dog bone under the bed (I did not bring a dog). The staff, though polite, were not very helpful. They had trouble getting the car out of valet parking. I asked the gal at the front desk to make a dinner reservation for us. She blew a few available reservations by being painfully slow. By the time she got back to me, the reservations had come and gone. She even offered me an off property reservation for 5:30 when it was already 5:25 pm! Not great service on many levels, especially considering how expensive the hotel is.

I loved the restaurant and bar, pool and hot tub.

There are places that need maintenance and the tv is difficult to operate. Lack of good service and lack of communication between the staff. The curtains are stained. A little maintenance could go a long way

Every eve there was a drainage smell in our room, it was coming from the sink/shower drain. At almost 2,000 gbp for 4 nights, I’d expect this to be solved pronto. Drinks by the pool exceptionally overpriced. Given spending a lot to stay; nice to see more things included like bottled water and perhaps a couple of beers. Breakfast options limited and overpriced. For example, tiny ramekin (not a bowl) of some berries and yogurt 16 dollars. 2 tiny slices of avocado toast over 20 dollars. Lunch sandwiches and salads are nice though and a little more value for money.

So chilled, room lovely. We loved our stay and were so sad to leave.

It felt like the hotel was slightly short-staffed; breakfast, housekeeping, and pool service all took a bit longer than we expected. But, all the service was incredibly friendly.

The rooms were gorgeous and so luxurious. We've stayed at many places in Palm Springs and most properties are converted or renovated. The Hermann Bungalows are a truly unique, modern experience built from the ground up. The pool area was also absolutely stunning. If you're looking for a private and quiet Palm Springs escape, this is it.

very overpriced. Rooms are very tight, no amenities (toiletry kit, water). Our toilet was leaking water. Additional charges for most things (28 dollars for a grey goose cosmo???)

Not enough staff. You must valet your car, yet on several occasions the front desk clerk serves as the valet person, or the valet person was also the bell hopper. It a hotel property doesn’t have enough staff, then you should allow your guests to retrieve their own cars. Also due to the cold weather, there didn’t appear to be any inside dining or drinking options. Finally, I thought I read this hotel did not allow animals, but there were a lot of dogs- more than one per room.

The room safe was located on the lowest area so I had to literally lay on the ground. NOT GOOD AT ALL Room was a bit noisy.

The pool was lovely, room well appointed grounds beautiful. Dawna was wonderful. All the staff great. Restaurant So Pa was superb.

The landscaper that showed up and started working in our private patio which woke us up. He looked right in on us and kept working. The staff handled the situation appropriately and refunded our resort fees. For $1200 a night this should have never happened and lessened the value considerably for us. The massages weren’t great either and the cabanas they performed the massages in were very hot and stuffy.

The location was great and the rooms were exceptional.

More staff to avoid hour long waits on dinner and breakfast. Suggestion more than didn't like: have dog waste disposal bags available and dog waste trash cans as well.

This was a great hotel to spend some quality time with my husband. Staff was very welcoming, the little details offered (like personalized plate with our names on the door) were amazing, the Le Labo toiletries, the fact that the hotel is pet friendly, the cleanliness of the hotel... It was a very memorable trip and we would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a little getaway trip. Location wise, it was perfect. Not too far from PS downtown, but far enough to be quiet. We used their free bikes and also tried their SOPA restaurant, and while they were short-staffed and the dinner took 1h30 to get to us, we were compensated fairly for the wait, and we were well taken care of. The food was very good.

The only thing that could use an update are some of the window coverings. They were a little hard to function & are outdated. They need to be replaced - both the ones that are floor to ceiling facing the patio windows & sliding doors as well as the shades that can be pulled in the lounge/bar area. They have lived their life & should be updated.

Each room is its own bungalow and is incredibly spacious with a private patio. The outdoor shower is an excellent surprise. The bathroom is spacious as is the lounge/bar area of the room and the large bedroom.
