There's no dresser in the room.Just a closet. could use some brighter lighting.

Staff was super friendly. The bed was comfortable. The room was very nice and clean.. The pool was very large had 2 hot tub with a kids area and a lazy river in the future.

The lifts are little spread out and the rooms were a little rough around the edges but definetly still better than alot of places! Kitchen items were a little lacking and could have done with at least 1 hob ring/ saucepan but still fine with a microwave

Rooms were spacious and clean. They had good amenities within the rooms and around the hotels. Staff were lovely and couldn't ask for more from a hotel. The breakfast was lovely and parking was ample around the hotel. It's surronded by loads of places to eat and drink, even within walking distance! and also a Walmart across the road.

There was a lot of confusion from all guests in the breakfast area from what I noticed. You had to get your paper plate from the outdoor bar, but there was no signage and the staff was a bit timid/quiet. Guests were walking into the breakfast area without plates and told to walk back out to get plates from the bar. Seems like the flow needs to improve, especially considering the number of non-English speakers who come to the Orlando area.

Hotel is so beautiful and incredibly clean! The clean scent permeates everywhere I walked. Parking was easy and free. Staff was so friendly even though it was late. Loved the little saunas right by the pool and that they kept the pool open late into the evening for night swimming. Breakfast was tasty as well.

I loved the cleanness and the smell of a brand new hotel. Affordable, beautiful boutique hotel in Kissimmee about 15 minutes from Disney. I liked the decorations of the the hotel, it felt relaxing to me. This place made me smile. I enjoyed the pool area and the people, the staff working there were genuinely authencly present. I wish they would have asked me. "How was your stay here with us." I wish they had a side table in front of the sofa area. I needed a place to place my drink. I also wish the bed springs were a bit better (the bed spring made a bit of a sound) 😬 Other than that. I love this plave. Amor and I intend to go back 😁🙏

Despite having the kitchen with a sink and some soap to clean, it missed something to clean the dishes with, like a sponge. There's also room for improvement in the room lighting. Like a table lamp, as well as a coffee table. I found some stains in a couple of towels, but staff was promt i changing them. The biggest room for improvement, though, would be the breakfast. Just had it the first day, the subsequent mornings I bought stuff to prepare it myself. Definetely it was not up to standards, so I would opt-out of it next time. Overall I liked the property, and I would stay here again.

The location was excellent to get to the disney parks. About 10-15min tops by rideshare. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. It was quite handy to have a kitchen-like space. Pool looked nice, but we didn't use it.

I did not like how you get charge per night to park at the hotel you book to stay at. I also did not like how there is no microwave in the rooms, have to walk down to the lobby to use the ONE microwave they have. But overall great!

I love the hotel overall. It’s great for families and room are very spacious. So much to do on site alone. Very much recommend it!!!

It was difficult to interact with the cleaning staff because they did not speak English

Clean a new. Convenient location because it’s close to Disney as well as other tourist sites and shops. Pool was amazing. I love the 9 inch pool area where you can lay on the white reclining chairs.
