What i didn’t like was that the rooms in the 3 floor are not the same as the 1 floor ones & that this time the pool was very cold , it wasn’t like the 1st time we came. Also that theres not that much handicap parking.

This was our second time coming to this hotel & we like the fact that the time we came in somewhat late to check in they checked us in . Even the time we left to check out , there was someone attending .

The housekeeper with blonde hair never asked to clean our room nor make our beds. It can be a bit more cleaner

Leau was an excellent employee. He cleaned our room nicely and changed our bed sheets. The price and location are great.

The floors needed to be swept and moped it had gritty sand allover.i couldn't walk barefoot in the room..

Cleanliness could if of been a little better. The ac might work better if it was under the windows. The kitchen blocks the air flow.

The extra blankets and pillows were dirty. The floors were dirty. I couldn’t walk barefoot without getting my feet grimy. The on-site restaurant had an awful strange smell that turned my stomach.

Location was early and they let me check in for just an extra $30.

The steps were very steep and there were a lot. Hard when you have to take everything to the third floor.

I didn't like that there was a lot of noise late and a lot of people fighting in their rooms that u could hear 2 floors away. Alot of kids just running hallways making a lot of noise

Well the kitchen had everything but I think you need toasters and dish towels and you need something to unpack your clothes in.And the maids didn’t make our beds or clean our rooms they just knock and ask if we need anything.

The property is a few feet from beach , plenty of parking, staff where very nice and the pool was a good size and it was clean and the rooms were clean and comfortable

Yes, the property is old, but nothing to really complain about. At time yes you smell some whacky grass but nowadays that’s everywhere. Nothing overwhelming.

This is our second year staying here because of the great location and price! Great pool if you have little kids, beach access right there!

Some of the steps were very steep the air conditioning unit in our room did not work properly. Had to borrow a fan, constantly asked for toilet paper and clean bath linen every day

They post rules but do. It enforce them with regard to the pool. If you are going to allow pot smokers at a mostly family oriented place, please let your customers know. You could smell it all day since the person below us smoked all day. For the rooms, raise the Air conditioner up the wall so it blows into the room. Where it is located, does not cool the room down.

There aren’t any elevators, and the stairs for where I was staying no where extremely steep. I had to be very cautious going up and done the steps each day. Also the AC unit was at the entry way of the room, not near the beds and I felt it was hard to keep the room cool. The air didn’t not circulate very well throughout the room. I ended up calling the front desk for a fan, unfortunately they did have one on my first night, but I checked again in the AM and they were able to provide me with a box fan which I very much appreciated. I know the steps can’t be changed but if they are able to get new HVAC units or even install ceiling fans that would make a huge difference.

Room was clean. There was some sand on the floor, but you’re at the beach. I feel that just comes with the territory. Pool looked clean, but I never actually made it to the pool. Quick walk to the beach which I loved. Seemed to be plenty of parking. Hotel was in a good location for the attractions that I like. I would stay here again.

- not the most “modern” hotel with rundown rooms - gave new towels everyday but didn’t clean the room - constant marijuana smell around the property

No place to wash the sand off from the beach so sand got everywhere. The atmosphere was more what you can't do instead of enjoy your stay. Pool hours 9am to 8pm. Stairs where step while carrying bags. Room was hot due to small window unit. Water leaking all over the walk ways from the ac units.
