Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesNot Getting the deal for the room I booked. The mattress has hard plastic wiring that took skin off my leg multiple times. The stress from no resolution and arguments with partner from this whole experience. The price of cancelation was forced on us. The wait on my refund. Not getting the whole amount I paid for the service since I never actually got the service. Trying to reach customer service to speak to an agent was almost impossible ,no phone number, had to get the number from a contact. Should have been a simple transaction, but was a disaster. I chose motel 6 because I had stayed without any problems in the past at this location.

United StatesRoom was nasty&wasn't any blankets or comforters on either bed.Out of 4 ice machines none of them worked.The area they had designated for the dogs outside was so full my dogs wouldn't even go do their thing.I couldn't blame them though because there wasn't a spot for me to even walk without getting it all over me.Its really sad that people won't clean up after their own dogs when the motel had provided waste bags all they had to do is pick it up&throw it in can.Just really sad.I sure would hate to go inside their houses&see how nasty those people live on a daily basis.Wow! The window was broken hair all in shower, cobwebs from long time ago. We really liked this place the last couple of times we had stayed at this place. This time was completely crazy different from times past. So good luck to all who is going to try it out. Hope they do get somebody else to do the cleaning job because apparently the ones they have now are just lazy or were forced by a court of law to work .
Was able to have my dogs with me&didn't have to pay Xtra for them.I am a smoker also so it was super nice to be able to stay inside in the heat instead of being outside in 🥶

United StatesThe bed was noisy. Every time I moved it made a noise worse than a squeak. The room had a muggy feel to it. The floors were clean but could just feel the buildup of whatever they used to clean. Everything has that feel.

United StatesThe ceiling had a huge patch water damage and peeling paint with what looked like mold. The floor had water damage and was buckling. The walls were scuffed and marked up everywhere. A coat of touch-up paint would do wonders. I opted to get back on the road closer to home over attempting a shower in this dump. The property itself had overflowing trash cans and was in general disarray. There was a man in an adjacent room who woke me up throughout the night screaming and fighting on speakerphone...so that was a bit terrifying.
The proximity to I-75 was ideal. And the price was favorable.

United StatesIt was run down looking. Window could have used a good cleaning. Can hear traffic on highway really loud. Door looked like it was kicked in at the bottom and at the top of door did not close only the middle area closed. The floors were not washed. Bathroom door had stains all over. The TV didn't work at all. The only elevator was on the total opposite of the building and too long of a walk to get to.
The heater was great. The service desk people were nice.

United StatesThe place is old and run down, to the point were I felt the need to check for bed bugs. It's the dingiest looking hotel I've ever stayed at in the US.
They might have had the friendliest hotel receptionists I've ever interacted with. It's functional and I didn't find any bed bugs. if you just need a place to sleep, this hotel will probably do.
