I realized that booking through this site , is not the best option. I ended up going with one person less and was told that I had to pay the price given on this site and no changes could be made unless I had made reservations though them. I paid $15 I did not need to pay!! The ac made some very loud sounds every time it clicked on. One of the towels was dirty and pillows smelled. This was the cheapest hotel I found on this site but all are overpriced.

The room has all the basics and it served its purpose for a night stay. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival, the minifridge was not plugged in and thus not cold, and the heat was off and the room was quite cool and took nearly an hour to get to a reasonably warm temperature. A lamp in the room did not appear to be working. It would be nice if they added a suitcase stand and a nightlight.

They had a very pleasant & helpful night receptionist. The room seemed clean. The water in the shower was plentiful and hot. The bed was comfortable. I felt safe & secure.

The toilet in room 111 was not secured to the floor . Or just put silicone caulking around the base . You already know this parking lot needs to be redone . Everything else was great . Thank you .

From the get-go the front lady was extremely rude she did not work I went to her and I stayed here however if I do I come with me having said that the room and accommodations were filthy this place should be closed down I have photos and I would reply she charge me extra for my service dog service dog on TikTok and I have papers again the room is it disgusting I never seen a hotel so underrated and gross this is the worst hotel ever seen and I always see a Holiday Inn expresses and they are top notch and they’re only 120 a night not 179 per night plus extra for my service dog having said that I would never recommend this hotel to anybody it was less than standard of hygienic for any one person the window did not lock nor closed which I stayed up all night because I was right someone was going to climb in my window in the middle of the night I have been driving for 13 hours this day I just had to rush over by me no amenities that are good or safe for hygiene and for help and safety issues I would request a full refund I’ll be reporting this hotel for Better Business Bureau and have it shut down for a filthy mess and I’m cleanliness and I’m not up to standards to any hotel whatsoever even

There is nothing about this hotel I like them fortunately, it was very filthy dirty the bathroom was clogged. There was somebody else’s hair on the toilet. The floors were so uncapped and filthy. I had to throw away my socks – just a few things to start.

Everything. We called this hotel the crackhouse. $175/nite and the facility is incredibly rundown and dirty. Only 2 towels available for a double room and one looked like it had pee stains on it. I went to the front desk to request a few towels, she asked me why I needed more. She was only able to give me two because she wasn’t allowed to leave the front desk.

Price was pretty high because of the rodeo and a highway closure, but still the best price available in Payson.

The front desk bent over backwards for us, accommodating my disabled companion even though we booked last minute on a holiday weekend. Our room was scrupulously clean and quiet despite our proximity to the rodeo grounds.

The second we entered the room there was debris/dirt on the floor !! dusty musky smell and furniture dusty smudged lol and the heat was about 115 degrees no comfortable environment what so ever the staff are horrible no room service checking in with you the lie about laundry facilities and the front desk check you in and the request more money for something that they claim they didn’t catch in the beginning after you already payed ??!! Worst customer service Worst location for casino losers needing means to go back to there homes and all door knobs are upside down making it most difficult to access and door there had to use own toilet paper?? Prices payed and accommodations don’t exist no laundry and parking lot is coming apart as well possibly trip when carrying in belongs very unkept landscaping and poor camera areas !! I recommend motel 6 in fact I was told I couldn’t stay another day unless I payed extra money for something that was unclear and understood by staff so poor POOR P R not a spec of integrity in staff or structure and landscaping specially the filthy rooms !! Fact is I’m taking this to corporate level and expecting results !!

Parking lot is cracked up and you can trip on some of the worn out areas !! It’s not a secured place and being the first place closest to the casino your odds of getting your car and room broken into by some casino loser who lost all his money and has not enough gas to get home this location is the most likely to be burglarized!! The door to rooms hall way is always closed!!
