Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI stated here a few years ago and I’d wager to guess that it hasn’t been cleaned again since then. Light fixtures were duck taped onto the wall. Air filters were disgusting. Both walls and ceilings alike were stained w various shmears. Luckily there were at least 4 police squad cars in the parking lot w bright lights shining on the first building so physical safely was less a concern.

United StatesSmelled like cigarettes, loud noise until 2:30am, bolt lock on my door was missing (but the outline from where it was before it broke was there), the TV was essentially useless. Sure, it's a cheap hotel, but it didn't have to feel so unclean and unsafe.
It was more or less what you should expect from a cheap, last minute reservation near the airport.

United States(Note) I am a super polite, understanding person. There was a woman who worked at the hotel who came upstairs being extremely and excessively rude about people checking out. I had my door open to tote down my bags and another guest was standing outside of my room (watching an incident unrelated to me) with a newborn puppy. The hotel employee walked to the threshold of my door and loudly told me that I was going to have to pay an additional $25 because of the dog. Mind you they were both complete strangers to me and all I was doing was packing up my things to check out. Myself and the woman with the puppy both told the employee we didn't know each other and I politely stated that she should have asked me before approaching me in a disrespectful tone and manner. I informed the gentlemen at the front desk who apologized and stated he would speak with her, but I watched her continue to antagonize and disturb guest 2.5 hours before check out time. The other employees were very kind and helpful, but I wouldn't want to book with this hotel again because of the female room attendant and her provoking, disrespectful, assumption based and ignorant actions.

I was very disturbed during my sign off, because this was my 1st visit and I stayed in the lobby from 5:30 am to 7:15 to request them to arrange taxi or show me the nearest location to get taxi. I was only getting replies " sorry we can't help". My suggestion to visitor from abroad is highly recommend to not chose this hotel. 4) Wi-fi is not working on the ground floor and disconnected again and again 5) No restaurants near for meals
