United StatesPrice was higher than the motel nextdoor and more outdated, the chair in the room was very dirty and the bathtub was rusty and dirty, mirrors were dirty and walls looked like they'd never been cleaned.
Available at the last minute, 1st floor room in front of the pool, the washer and dryer were close to the room & the lady at the front desk was nice and helpful

United StatesNothing, it was just for me to rest at night, but with the BBQ smoke that wss right under room 226 and the marihuana smoke that come straight through the airconditioning unit has not been nice. Now the staff were advised and rather not fixing the problem they wanted to change me to another room

United StatesThey were to busy watching the camera's to try to catch someone mess up and or they come in the room to see what you have and not change bedding nor take the trash out. They didn't call using the cell number on file if there was any issues instead they would just lock you out of the Room and threaten to call the Police when we have the proper paper work for our Service Dog.

Considering this motel is still under renovation, we booked a room ahead of hurricane Beryl, because it terrifies me. The room was spotless and new, had a small kitchen. This hotel was the only one in the area that remained with electricity after the storm. My son and daughter in law called me asking for a room, and bonus, they got a room right next door, with their brand new premie baby. I am grateful the property was here in our time of need. I did notice they went from$58 to $90 the next day which I didn't care for, but rooms were in huge demand.It will be nice when it's finished with the upgrade. It used to be known as a black mark on the town.

United StatesNo hot water, the rooms are hot , Ac on the brink in two of the rooms we stayed in, they have a 9pm curfew for guests. Owner of establishment rude worried more about if he sold out all his rooms instead of the comfort of his guests. His staff is friendly but he is not. place is disorganized because of the total remodel they are under. small TV. All rooms available are upstairs not handy cap friendly. Do yourself a favor find another motel .

United StatesEverything.There was nothing sanitary about this place I had to stay because the money was not refundable and I don't just like giving money away. There are drug deals going on all hours of the night yelling fighting it is not a safe place for kids. They need to be shutdown for unsanitary reasons and more there are no amenities. One last thing I went to heat up some food and when I opened the door to put food in there were dozens upon dozens of roaches running out of it there wiring is faulty when I first got there I went to plug my phone in and was shocked not a zap but shocked I moved the bed and there was no cover and bare wires sticking outta the wall. If you do stay here please be careful.
Nothing nasty roaches all over the place and the toilet leaked really bad.

They did not offer any type of breakfast it took us 3 hrs to check into our room the night attendant was poorly trained and had no ideal on how to do her job my was harassed by a male who was wanting sex we did not feel safe I woke up to my tire being slashed and full of scratches I was approached numerous times on where to buy or if I could get drugs the pool was closed it is the worse hotel I had reserved with you guys it was a embarrassment I will probably never use your company again

United StatesRooms not cleaned thoroughly. The room smelled of moth balls so bad and the sheets were stained and so were the towels. If the rooms are going to be dirty and towels and sheets aren’t going to be hair and stain free then the price needs to go down.
The location was good. It’s Near many stores and fast food.
