Stairs to the pool need improvement. Hard for an elderly person to climb and railing to far apart.

room was ample. could however use a comfortable chair rather than having to sit on the bed. Pool could use to be resurfaced it is looking old and the stairs up to the pool need to be upgraded. It is a tough climb for an elderly person, and the railings are too far apart for someone to reach comfortably. Location is great only a short 6-minute ride to a great beach and lots of good shopping. This is our second stay and would stay there again.

I was very disappointed that the pool was closed the two days I was there. The main reason I picked this over another place I could have got for the same price as the other place did not have a pool and I really wanted to go swimming. Really disappointed since I haven't been swimming in almost 5 years I was very much looking forward to it.

It was clean comfortable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The only thing I didn’t like was the mattresses — they were very noisy and saggy in the middle. They need to be replaced. But this was just in one of the rooms. We reserved two, and the other one was great!

The manager is extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. The smaller rooms are not soundproof at all making the roosters wake you up in the middle of the night.

The receptionist is very friendly. The bigger rooms have dishes and cutlery, and they are soundproof enough against the roosters.

Beautiful setting on the water. Quiet outdoor space. Clean pool. Kayaks to enjoy at no charge. Our room was perfect. Fresh. Clean. Bed was super comfy with lots of pillows. Little tables, cubbies, drawers and shelves to put things was super helpful. Couch was very comfy. TV in both rooms. A large shower with plenty of hot water was a plus. It was our first time and we'll definitely be back. Lots of value for your $.

Having to leave so soon.

Being able to relax poolside or along the inlet seemed extra nice to me. The coffee kiosk on the dock was a plus in the morning when reflections were perfect and the world was still. There were kayaks to use and places to sit along the dock. Our room (#5) had a lovely screened porch. The roosters perched for the night in a tree near us but the crowing seemed more homey than annoying. Was VERY impressed with a full kitchen and home-size refer. You could actually turn around freely in the bathroom, and there was room at the closet to dress or change. Hostess was helpful but busy - after the check-in duties were complete she spent at least 15 minutes with me answering questions about local sights, best beaches, good restaurants.

we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite which was super nice. Huge kitchen. Could have not been more satisfied.
