They are in progress with renovations on the building currently. Our room was clean but one of the bathroom lights didn’t work and the shower head was loose (but still worked ok), the single little rolling office style chair in our room was tiny and awkward. I’m hopeful that once the renovations are complete the place will be much better; although I was happy to actually find a room on this busy weekend, maybe this room wasn’t quite ready to be offered?

Convenient location, safe. The air conditioner worked and felt awesome after a very hot day.

It wasn't very clean and most of it was under construction. We came in late and it was dark and I couldn't find the check in office (a trailer in the front with very little signage).

Good location, close to where we needed to be for our basketball tournament.

Loud, some of the surroundings seemed a little sketchy , pretty run down.

Friendly staff, decent rates, clean for the most part, but it was a place to sleep.

Can’t really complain as the renovated area looks like it’ll be pretty nice when it’s done.

Most of the motel is undergoing renovation and is a construction zone but it was still quiet and I didn’t feel like my private space was being invaded. The room looked and smelled clean and everything was in order.

There was no breakfast, rooms were in a different building (5min drive from office) and keys didn’t work. Took us about 2 hours from time of arrival until we were able to get into our rooms.

Staff lady was nice and respectful.

Motel was run down, room was hard to get into the key card reader didnt work right, rroom not clean, the lighting wasn't very good and there was only 1 power outlet other than a power strip on opposite side of room so unless u had an extension cord it didn't do much good. The desk person wasn't very nice although she did her job she just didn't seem to be happy about it and wasn't very welcoming.

The price was adequate. You get what u pay for definitely applies.

I didn't like that the pool was closed since it was one of the main reasons I booked there. Didn't like the yelling and Dog barking from neighboring room after midnight. didn't like that the binder with hotel map and room service options was outdated. Ice wasn't where map said it was and i had to search for it and the restaurant we wanted to order from apparently no longer delivered to king oscar because phone number for restaurant didn't work, Had to air out room when we arrived due to a strong smell from a room freshener and/or a cleaner odor. Carpet looked nice but felt sticky to my bare feet. Will not stay there again. Would not recommend to anyone.

You advertized there was a pool. That was one of the rasons we chose King Oscar. we got there and the pool was not available. Very dissapointing!

I didn’t like that the room smelled like smoke and mildew and was very humid even though there was an AC and The room we had was supposed to be non-smoking. Another thing is the pool was down and no one told us in the continental free breakfast was very disappointing. They only had waffles, cereal, toast, apple juice, and coffee and coffee was cold.

The furniture looked worn and like a cat had scratched it in several places. The carpet also looked worn.

Most of the lights didn’t work, tv didn’t work, the room smelled like pinesol, the bathroom door was falling off the hinges and the room door had about a 1/2 inch gap under it.

In 90° weather closing the pool is the dumbest thing I've ever heard in my life. I rented that motel precisely for the pool my grandson who is 7 years old and my son loved being a pool I would not have stayed there if I had known the pool was not working. And then on top of that to have the ice machine not working also I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody shouldn't even be on booking

We did not take advantage of the breakfast. So I couldn't tell you how the breakfast was. It wasn't much that I did like but what we did like was the shower had great pressure better than what I have at home

The faucets leaked, and I told the front desk person, but no-one checked on them while I was there.

Not many choices for on the go traveling. Would have liked bananas instead of apples.

There were police men in and out of the parking lot. The staff was personable but were always out smoking by the lobby. The swimming pool was out of order. Online it said it would be working that weekend.

The room was pleasant. It was a good size room. Had a few issues with the sink and the restroom but made the staff aware. It was usable.
