How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I didn't like the fact that I didn't change the room to non- smoking,I thought my husband would be able to come but he didn't so: it was over all a great stay.
I liked the fact that it was close to everything and everywhere that I needed to be and go.

That in check in I was made to feel like I was a hooker lol guess they had problems with this in past but wish had option to rent for longer for cheaper rate
The hotel was very clean and beds where very comfortable and was really a good place to stay for the money

All good. A bigger selection of breakfast would be nice
Comfortable bed. Clean property. The truck parking area was large and smooth, with good lighting. Room was quiet and restful. Breakfast was very skimpy but appropriated. All in all a good place to stay. I would recommend this hotel with 4stars. Very comfortable for a great price

Staffs weird and very watchy which makes it uncomfortable and don't keep track of what you tell them so ask a lot of questions in an almost accusing manner

I didnt like that no visitors are allowed, they want to document each vehicle or they tow it. The bathroom crown molding appeared to be torn up and barely put back together. It appeared to be chewed up or something. The bed was on top of some weird sheet metal box that made alot of noise while laying on the the bed and getting off the bed. It was also 55 degrees in the room when I arrived. I didn't expect much since it is a cheaper hotel so I didn't complain per se but it could use a few improvements. It served it's purpose and was clean. So I was happy with that and the price couldn't be beat.
It didn't smell bad. It appeared clean and well kept

I'm a bass tournament angler and need space for my boat and outside plugs to charge my boat batteries. They have a large parking area with plugin's a less expensive cost and are well located.

I did not like anything about it. What when they said you had to meet your family in the parking lot it was done deal. I hope they enjoy my review because I didn’t like anything about them and to me they should be us a one star motel.
Never enter the facility, but I’m sure that it couldn’t have been much seem like a whore motel to me .Made it very clear to the staff that it was not acceptable that my family wasn’t welcome inside my room and I had to meet them in the parking lot sound like a bunch of prostitutes standing on the damn corner I would not subject my family to those standards. I wouldn’t even take my dog and make it to stand in the parking lot,

Checking in and out was horrible. Neither employee could hardly communicate with me. Breakfast was a joke, unless you want a stale danish or out of date muffin. Coffee was not even made, nothing else to drink was offered.
Room was ok for one night ONLY! Pay the extra money to stay somewhere else in the area and pass this one up!!

Only 2 towels and 2 wash clothes. Could've had more, but I also didn't ask, so I'm sure I could've got them.

There was no iron or ironing board. The water in the sink was not working properly. The breakfast was not worth having. My first and last stay at this motel.
We slept good, so the bed was decent.

The shower was broke they charged us extra after paying on line try to charge us 200 more when we got there and they was always coming up making sure we didn't have no one in room when we didn't they was rude
