We loved everything about the property

Pat the inn keeper was the ultimate host, and her manager Alison along with her entire staff made our visit very memorable. The location was perfect for us to walk to our various destinations, making everything accessible. The three course gourmet breakfast that was served every morning would rival some of the best restaurants in Saint Augustine. The assorted wines and cookies at 4:00 that were served every afternoon was also a really nice touch. If you are looking forward to a place to kick back and relax, the Kenwood Inn is the place.

The only complaint we had was the bed was 2 twins instead of a king mattress and we could feel the crease.

Everything was to our liking. Maybe the host could hand out two keys per room instead of one, since you cannot enter the property without key and would depend on ringing the bell. But that is a minor problem and more of a suggestion.

Great atmosphere in a historic house and very warm welcome by the owner/manager. Breakfast was served throughout the living-dining room and sun room. We could sit at a private table or join another group of guests. Breakfast was a three course event and afternoons you can help yourself to cookies and wine. All in all very charming.

Pat and Allison sp? went waaaaay over the top to make us feel welcome and appreciated!!!! They even made us a special breakfast menu because my husband talked about his favorite home breakfasts :-) xo xo The location is amazing, convenient to everything, the house is gorgeous especially with those wrap around porches, decorated sooo beautifully and thoughtfully, can' t say enough how comfortable and welcomed we were made to feel. Can’t really say there was anything bad

Let’s start off by saying this trip was amazing and staying at the Kenwood Inn took our trip experience to the next level. Pat and the other host were so incredibly sweet, welcoming and make you feel at home! The place is gorgeous and gives you that true historic feel. The gourmet breakfast was something we could not afford to miss each morning! The three course meal was served with top notch presentation as we received excellent service while enjoying memorable conversations with other guests we will not forget. Staying in the Country French Suite, room 7, added extra intrigue to our stay after hearing some of the folk stories on the haunted pub crawl! (Also we loved the balcony and hammock.) The pool always had fresh clean towels available. Our room had the perfect amount of towels. Can’t forget the happy hour available 4-6 was a treat!Really the whole stay was perfect and we will definitely be back. This is your sign to stay at the Kenwood Inn!
