The hard closing of doors and people with young children running up and down the hallways while trying to sleep, but not the hotel's fault. Other than changing how hard the doors slam.

Beds were comfy. Very nice looking updates to room's. Pool and hot tub are always nice to have available. Great selection for Continental Breakfast in the morning. Would absolutely stay again!

the maids didn’t come and completely restock or do a full job and we had to ask them to come and clean one day.

The room that was given to me and my sister had a ton of ants. Someone came in and sprayed and I hoped that would be it and they would be gone. But when me and my sister came back from visiting family there were more ants. My sister went down to talk to the staff they were so helpful and let us move to a different room.

The staff was super sweet and nice. They were very helpful with any questions we had. Very welcoming as well. The breakfast was good too!

There was zero hot water from the sink. Curtains didn't close all the way and we were on the bottom floor facing the parking lot. Nothing major, just a little nitpick.

Bathroom was rather small. Heat/ air conditioner did the on/off noisy bit that older units do. Had to wear earplugs and had to keep readjusting the amount of bedcovers during the night.

Hot breakfast; good variety; area was clean. Beds were comfy; mattress was in good condition; pillows were good. Room was clean. Neighborhood was great!

There was no power to one side of the bed so no light and no outlets. Bathroom shower was not clean. Overall the unit was dark. It really needs better lighting.

The room we had was near the elevators and the pet friendly area was poopy because they were out of bags but other than that we have no complaints.

The location was perfect for us and for the purpose of our trip. There were many dinner options nearby.

Room was really warm and ac was a little tricky. Not enough luggage carts to use (most were being used by workers moving garbage and stuff around the facility).

My only complaint would be that we were bummed that the breakfast ended at 9 and we missed it. It would be nice if breakfast was till 10 every day of the week. However the staff made up for that and helped us to have a good breakfast regardless by letting us use the toaster, offering us fruit, and having coffee available all day.

We got in late after a very long drive and were really excited to get into the hot tub. The lady who checked us in was super nice, thoughtful and made sure we had a relaxing time even though we only had 15 minutes till the hot tub closed. The room was very big and the bed was comfortable. We slept past the breakfast so we didn’t try that unfortunately, but we had our own bread with us and the staff let us use the toaster which was great. We also liked that they had soy milk as we don’t drink cows milk. They had ice water with citrus in the lobby at all times which was so refreshing. The gal who helped us check out was super nice and friendly as well. We also appreciated that they had the large pumps in the shower as we prefer those over the tiny shampoo/conditioners. The price was great. Overall it was a great stay.

I can't think of anything I would have done differently. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel.

The breakfast was much better than your standard continental breakfast that is usually served at this level of hotel. There was also a small bar for a night cap if so desired that was a pleasant surprise. I also booked the room on the fly so to speak but when I got there the manager gave me a nicer room than I expected considering it was last minute and late at night.

Clean facilities, pool toys for the kids, Friendly staff, delicious and well stocked breakfast. No funny smells, even though the place is pretty old it doesn't feel old. Will definitely return this year. Would definitely recommend.

Hot tub could be hotter. There was no plain-water option at breakfast. My husband can't have citrus, and the only water had lemon in it. We had to request linens for the hideaway bed and go get them even though we had booked the room for three people; there were no extra linens or pillows in the room.

Love the hot tub. The room with King bed separated by a half-wall to a hideaway bed was a fabulous setup for my husband, me, and our teenage daughter. Great space and outlets for me to work at the desk. Cindy in the breakfast service was fabulous at keeping everything stocked up and letting folks know when something was going to be coming out.
