Very well-maintained, clean and spacious studio with a lanai (veranda) at the back. Every possible amenity we could think of was provided. Quiet at night. Convenient parking and easy to find. Laundry room next door - for free!. Many restaurants and shops in Kee'au nearby.

We left a note for a couple improvements with the hosts related to cleaning/ heavy use items but the suite was very clean when we arrived

The quiet and privacy and the lanai at the back of the suite. Good size for two or maybe for an extra person. AC,if needed. Convenient parking. Easy to find.

Not a thing here not to like

Exceeded my expectations. Spacious, clean and convenient to all our excursions. Would highly recommend The on site laundry, no charge was clean and functional. They really think of everything here. Beautiful neighborhood. Near markets, Volcanos National Park. Hilo and all dining and fun biz. Treat yourselves with a exceptional property and a tremendous value. Could hardly believe our good fortune!

The sink's water pressure is horribly low and the sound of flatulence it makes (pretty funny, honestly).

Loved the pillows on the bed, the kitchen, hot shower, peaceful and convenient location, and the owner was helpful in making local suggestions.

Some basic kitchen accessories could be added (salt, pepper, oil,…). The environment is quite dusty.

Unfortunately we are smokers, and we had to smoke at the end of the driveway. But no big deal. Hopefully we'll have quit by the next time we go back.

There was pink slime coming out of the drinking water tap, so we opted not to use it. There were dishes with black mold in the dishwasher from the last occupant. The grill was very dirty and I had to give it a good cleaning before using. The toilet seat is very uncomfortable.

The room was lovely. The A/C and ceiling fan combo was a lifesaver! Loved having a washer and dryer. Plenty of towels and toiletries offered. Loved the umbrellas. The back deck was a great hangout spot! Very comfy bed.

Countryside Cafe in Keaau was good and reasonably priced, for me portions were small, but just right for my wife.

There was a little confusion about using the Schlage locking system. The written instructions give to us stated that after the code, the bolt should be turned counter clockwise. That was incorrect. It should been written as clockwise. Also, there were no instructions about exiting and leaving the door locked. I was confused by the steps and I had to call the owner for instructions. Then it worked. Honestly, each time we used the code to open the door, it was a challenge. sorry to say.

Everything was great! Your host and hostess were wonderful. It was unfortunate that we experienced a wet bathroom on our last day. It was out of our control, so you just roll with it. We differently look forward in booking again on our next family visit!"

Great location while visiting our family. It met all our needs, what a beautiful setting. However on our last early morning we woke up to a leaking ceiling in the bathroom above the vanity. It rained really hard the night before. We called Jeremy, he apologized and came over right away. Over all we had a wonderful stay. I hope it didn't cause any delays with the next booking coming in?

It's off a main road that gets backed up by traffic. You just have to plan to come and go around the backed up traffic flow. We booked in well in advance, and the amenities had changed before our trip. Unfortunately, they were two of the items that drew us here. We should have rechecked current info just so we were aware.

They offered beach towels and a cooler for our use. On-site laundry. It's quiet at night. Very nice shower!

Overall, for most destinations outside Kona this place is reasonably close to many attractions without a added resort fee. This place is just like staying at home while on vacation in a quite little neighborhood.

Separate Entrance, Private Bathroom, Private Kitchen, Private washer and Dryer though we didn’t use it, gas AC . Easy to find from the main highway. Easy to check in instructions. Centrally located in Keau town and in a quiet neighborhood .
