The check-in process left a lot to be desired. No one directed us where to go, and when they saw us walking in the wrong direction, they didn’t bother to correct us.

The rooms are not cleaned everyday and the se one we had to ask the woman to clean it otherwise she wouldn’t have which Owoild have been two days without cleaning for a stay of 3 nights. I didn’t expect this from a 5 stars hotel. The staff was amazing just one hostess at the restaurant. She made us wait for no reason and was not lovely at all.

Staff wasn’t overly helpful and room keys didn’t work. Instead of them sending someone up immediately with new keys/wristbands, we were told that we would need to make the journey all the way back to the front desk to get new one. Also, , bell hop services was confusing upon arrival. Also didn’t care for the fact that cleaning services/fresh towels, etc. are only offered every other day. The room was not overly clean. There was dust in the bathroom, black mold in the creases of a shower and the counters weren’t wiped clean completely either. Her sheets had pizza grease stains on them even after the roof service came and replaced sheets during day the next step has stains as well.

WiFi wasn't great and kept dropping if you moved aound. Also, for a resort priced at the higher end, having housekeeping only come every second day is just not acceptable. Restaurants and drinks are pricey.

Beautiful garden, great pool, access to the beach is great beautiful koi garden. Restaurants are convenient and easy to get to. Overall, great resort with comfortable rooms. Great location next to the airport and the hotel offers a free airport shuttle.

I wish the pool bar area at night would have live music since it’s setup so well and pretty at night with the fire pits and tiki torches.

Housekeeping every other day? I think it’s poor service for the price. Requested a bar of soap it took two calls and a day to receive it. Charging for parking for guests when the public parks for free and makes it difficult for guests to park close to their room. These items seemed petty and cheapened the experience.

When we checked out, the woman who checked us out was rude and sassy. Unfortunately that was the last experience we had with the resort and it wasn’t a good one. It almost negated the awesomeness of the woman who checked us in.

The pool was great, the access to the beach was so convenient not to mention all the restaurants at the hotel. The woman who checked us in was so nice and helpful. The room was comfortable with a stunning view.

The breakfast is a bit expensive. Some information about the restaurants' location is confusing. The location is great.

Finding parking spot in the back was so hard. The other parking was too far from our room. Breakfast options were too limited. Spa was too expensive and during the outdoor massage the construction was going on .. at least we should have gotten some discount because of the noise that caused since it wasn’t too relaxing.

I liked the facility and the resort. Location was close to airport and we could find stores close by for shopping. I didn’t like that I couldn’t see the sunset from our hotel but I guess that was my fault for not checking before hand. I also didn’t like that we paid extra for ocean view room and when I got to the room I had a partial view to the ocean, that was a false advertising in my opinion. The room was clean but we kept running out of shower supplies.. so I would suggest to provide more supplies because people keep showering daily or maybe twice per day depending on activities of the day. Especially the rooms with kids.
