You can tell from walking in that the room had not been cleaned. Floors looked like they were never mopped. We bring slippers to wear indoors when we vacation and the bottom of our slippers turned black and even after washing them, they would turn black again. These slippers were only worn inside the room. The kitchen counters were not clean, neither was the sink. We wiped everything down and encountered smudges and crumbs. Bathroom was not clean. Toilet looked like no one had taken a brush to it, tub was not clean, and curtains had not been cleaned or replaced. Thankfully we bring our own disinfectant wipes and spray for situations like this.

The space and amenities were great and the location was perfect.

Two things. There was some construction noise and we should have been notified of that. The floor did not feel clean. Could not get office person to answer phone.

Nice view. Comfortable room. Generally clean. Close to many things. Good parking. Everything needed in kitchen. We were in B 35 and that was good room. Sofa bed was pretty comfortable. AC was good.

Great location. All beach gear was available to use free of charge. Excellent view of the ocean. Huge apartment with a full size fridge/ freezer. Quiet at night. Would return and highly recommend.

Hot tub was empty for a few days of our stay.

Location was amazing. View from patio was top notch. Pool was amazing. Loved the books in the pool area to take and read. A lot of couples having dinner outside by the pool. Just a cool vibe. Parking was great. Beds were comfy. Was clean. Front desk gal was very nice and helpful. Walkable to restaurants and shopping just down the road. A truly amazing place. Would recommend. Will be back.

Communication was a mess. N one at reception when we arrived and when e rang contact number we were given they said they had nothing to do with the property. Rang the emergency number on the office door and got a helpful person that gave us our code. Could never work out how the TV worked, but that could just be us.

Very large apartment (F4) with great ocean and pool views. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and appliances. The apartment had comfortable and attractive furnishings. Close to bus services, a small beach and easy walk to shops and restaurants. A very pleasant place to stay. Great balcony for watching the sirfers.

Great location. We had a one bedroom with a pullout couch bed. Since we were 3 adults it was a bit cramped. That said, we had a 1st floor walk out condo with ocean view. It was fantastic for sunsets!

There were a few issues with technology,which was at a very baxic level.

We chose it because of its proximity to the oocean. We had diffidculty changing dates because of a flight change. Booking.com was not helpful, but we were very impressed with the gracious support of all of the LATour Group staff.

Termites in the room made it difficult to use the stove top as the ‘mess’ was constantly dropping onto the cooking surface.

Our specific room had a fantastic location - ground floor, ocean front. Waves crashing a hundred feet from our door! Doesn't get any better.

The appartments are old and there was work being done while we were there. The late check in was a major inconvenience with no access till after 4:00pm.

The showing of age of the resort. Some areas and rooms need a remodel. Also the way the elevator is setup is strange, you use it to get between floors, but still have to go up or down stairs to access a floor of rooms.

The property is showing some age, but the location and views are top notch. This is our 2nd time staying here and would stay again primarily for those reasons. The resort has typically been a good value as well.

Our room was facing away from the ocean so not much light. Everything was very dated. Tvs didnt want to come on very often and the elecrical outlet in the bathroom had a corroded wire so it blew up my hair dryer. The maintenance guy came with in a couple hours and fixed it but the damage was already done. I was not offered any fix for ruining my hair dryer which was surprising.

The location was great. We could just walk to downtown. Price was doable. They had a nice pool that felt like a little community because of all of the people that live there. Very friendly and they blew Conch shells at sunset. Right by a little beach and some good tidepools. Bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a kitchen.
