Clean. Modern. Well-designed. Shower and soaps a proper experience. V helpful staff. Terrific bar. Superb dining just around the corner (Canard,Normandie). Great coffee shop (J&M Cafe). Near to downtown. Straight shot to Japanese Garden/Rose Garden/Powell’s books in one direction, Mt Tabor in the other. Easy access to I84 and I5. What’s not to like?

The sheets/comforter could be improved. The velcro does not stayed closed to keep the comforter inside the duvet. The scratchy feeling of the opening was not enjoyable.

Complimentary coffee and tea were tasty. The smoking balcony areas were convenient.

Too modern. Absolutely no storage for clothes or belongings. I mean nothing. Not a dresser or nightstand to put your clothes. Literally lived out of our suitcase for several days. Thin walls so we could hear everything.

Very modern, clean, secure, and staff was good. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well.

The parking garage cost and that it is not attached the property. The hotel bar is cute but gets very busy and loud on Saturday nights.

Better beds? Maybe a warmer blanket available . The heater cooling system in room Squeaked and was a abit noisy

I was so happy to have Greek yogurt available, protein drinks, small smoothie bottles , and the free delicious coffee first thing was perfect every morning !

Being in a busier neighborhood amid bars and night clubs, and having its own small-event venue right downstairs, it could get noisy on weekend nights. The toilet & shower area isn’t very closed off from the rest of the room. Guests sharing a room will hear what the other one is doing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were quite comfortable. I liked the location; it’s good to have a nice hotel that isn’t downtown or at the airport. Since the Jupiter is situated on the edge between residential and commercial space, it wasn’t hard to find a local coffee shop or pizzeria nearby.

Great location with easy access to downtown. Very friendly service of the staff. The rooms and facilities were very nice , clean and comfortable.

I was on a lower floor, and even when the windows were closed, curtains down, you could hear the party across the street.

The room was large, clean, and comfy. There were lots of clean towels, and you get to choose if you want your room to be cleaned or not, as an action to be more environment friendly. The bar at the lobby is nice and serves good options for cocktails.

The tidy-up service on our second day was done far later than expected, but this seemed to have been both due to a large number of check-outs and perhaps some miscommunication on our part.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable and the whole hotel was very nice and inviting.

No luggage racks in room. Otherwise, all was well.

Well-designed room with very large window looking out over the city felt spacious despite being quite small. Everything was clean and comfortable, bed was firm with nice linens, shower was hot with good pressure. Staff were cheerful and responsive to simple requests via text.

One small gripe, having the sink outside of the bathroom in the room seemed weird and wasted space a bit, but what do I know ;)

Great location. Walkable to Hawthorne, Downtown, all the bars and food places, buses run outside to everywhere you want to go. Decor is very cool, staff are great. Bar is hip.

Would have preferred to be able to make coffee in the room instead of going down to the lobby in the morning.

Location was perfect for us, close to downtown and walking distance to great restaurants. We had no issues finding free street parking within a couple of blocks of the hotel every day. The room was spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable. Liked the option of having housekeeping come in every day or not. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy.

This is a nice place in a quiet location on the other side f the bridge from the main downtown area. The room had all of the basics, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Noise. Wall thin. Ceiling thin. Parking can be hassle even with parking permit inside garage.

The walls were thin. But I’d still stay here again as all the positives outweigh any concerns.

I did not care for the bathroom set up, with the sink next to the place where the coffee cups were, no tub, hardly any bathroom privacy, no coffee pots in the bedrooms, no breakfast in site.
