Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesThe Vdara Hotel is a beautiful property that stands out in Vegas for not having a casino—so no maze of slots to get lost in. It’s peaceful, with a nice pool area offering several lounge chairs for guests, and a lounge where you can grab a cocktail. That said, in my opinion, it was overpriced. Guests aren’t provided with much unless you pay extra—like the $18 charge just to use basic amenities. Drinks at the pool were steep at $40 each, and the lounge bar was always crowded (though this might have been due to a convention going on at the time). One nice perk is that you can easily walk to The Cosmopolitan, which offers a more classic Vegas experience with shops, bars, and restaurants. If you’re looking for the full Vegas vibe, Vdara might not be your spot. But if you prefer peace and quiet away from the casino chaos, it’s definitely worth considering.

United StatesThe prices inside the hotel at the marketplace and starbucks were very pricey as well as room service. Also, the room advertised a soaker tub, but a very small tub was in the room.
Everything was great.

United StatesThe room was what I expected great view, cozy. I was disappointed with the room WIFI was not ok especially since I had to work from the room and the connection was a big dissatisfaction. Don’t eat at the only restaurant there unless you just need a drink. They are slow and rude. Went there twice and food was decent but second time I just walked out because I sat there for 30 min and no one acknowledged me, a few other couple did the same prior to me leaving.
Room was nice, view was great, valet was awesome. The place was walking distance from everything I needed.

PolandAppartment looks much bigger on pictures on Booking. Probably it was me who was not checking size but it was a bit small for family of 4.
Perfect location in city center, walking distance to all main attractions, there is also connection with biggest casino restorts. Nice view from appartment. Very nice and helpful staff at reception. Valet parking is included in price what is really nice. You can park for free in all MGM parkings in LV during your stay.

United StatesThis unit was owned by some kind of company that isn’t actually the Vadara. So changes, upgrades or extending the stay was not possible. It wasn’t worth the very small difference in price than to just book direct with the property so that you don’t have all the issues of “sorry, you booked with someone and we don’t actually own or control that room”. Also you get charged a cleaning fee at the end and there is no housekeeping each day. I won’t book this way again.
It’s the Vdara and in the middle of the strip and is modern and everything is near by.

United KingdomConsidering the money we paid, the room was a bit of a letdown. Furniture was shabby in places and the baths weren't clean to a good standard. We arrived after being awake for 22 hours and had to clean the baths before the kids could have a wash. Didn't raise with housekeeping as we were absolutely shattered and needed to get to bed. Raised with Jet Luxury the next day and took nearly 2 days for a response. The taps were loose on both baths. There is a microwave but no kettle and you need to request crockery, cutlery etc. Great location just set slightly back off the strip which was great for us with two kids. Absolutely avoid shopping at the hotel store as prices were extortionate. Nearly $70 for 4 bananas and 3 drinks. Didn't use the pool but it looked fine. Overall, probably wouldn't stay again due to seeing other family members facilities that were of equal or better quality for far less money.

United StatesSofa bed had mold under it and the provided extra pillow was dirty. Took them an hour to give us a clean pillow and bedding replacement. Didn’t bother to complain about the mold since we only stayed for a night, instead, I ask for an extra linen to cover the bed.

United StatesThe suite was a little more worn than other owner’s suite’s we have previously stayed in. We have had a coffee maker in other rooms and didn't have to rely on the Vdara Market or Starbucks for our caffeine fix.
The Vdara is one of our favorite places to stay in Vegas. The convenience of staying in an owner’s suite and having free valet is a huge bonus. The location is incredibly convenient and has easy access to the Aria, Bellagio and Cosmopolitan. The fact that it is a non-smoking property is a huge plus.

United StatesThe shower and sink were severely clogged. Had to call maintenance to come unclog. First shower I took I was standing in about 3 inches of water. Reading light on left side of bed is out. Some stains on the wall.
Great location. No casino in the hotel so the air doesn't smell like smoke like other casino hotels. Quick elevators and a peaceful lobby vibe. Room was a good size, bathroom very spacious. All amenities you need are included.
