Bed linens need to be replaced, in my opinion. They were clean, just old. There were 2 different types of pillows, however neither were comfortable at all. The furniture is outdated, but, I could tell the owners are working to update the rooms.

The room and bathroom were clean. I liked the communication via text confirming the reservation and giving information regarding check in/out, room number, key code, wifi password, etc. There were drinks and snacks in the room, as well as a coffee maker with coffee, sugar and creamers. There was a refrigerator and microwave, as well as an air purifier (which I appreciated) in the room. Nice bistro tables with chairs outside the rooms. Plenty of parking. Parking lot and outside of rooms were well lit.

No frills inn that was a perfect budget stay for two-only a 30 minute drive to Acadia! It was clean, comfortable, and very easy check-in and check-out!

From the outside..it was not too appealing. There were chairs and a table outside each room, which was nice...but the view was of a parking lot and a tracker trailer. It was on a busy street but I knew that, so I was not expecting much from the room....Boy was I wrong !! the room had been redone...really cute and functional. The bathroom was the real hit. The bathroom was spacious, had a large vanity with a beautiful bowl sink. The shower wasa huge walk in. Now that I think about it...the room must have been ADA compliant because there was a handicap spot right in front.. Either was it was a great surprise from the outside. The girl at the counter was super helpful with suggestions for dinner. I would definitely go back if I was in the area.

Bed was comfortable with a good, firm mattress. Very nice shower with excellent water pressure. Towels were thick and plush. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was courteous and helpful. Free snacks, including water and soda, were a nice touch! Liked the door combination setup instead of a room key... made checking in and checking out effortless. Great stay...would stay again!

Clean comfortable room of a decent size, with complimentary bottled water and snacks. Fantastic shower (pictured). Good wifi. Several restaurants within walking distance.

Overall I would stay there again no doubt! As a critique I would say that it can be a bit noisy in the mornings if trying to sleep in, and a strong fragrance was being diffused in the room that we had to try and fan out (it smelled good but it was just too overpowering). You could tell that the staff just went the extra mile though!

The very pretty sink did not drain properly. There wasn't anyone in reception . You had to call a number and wait for someone to arrive .

Towels were nice size , thick,soft and white . Shower was large and sink was very pretty. Beds were comfortable. Appreciated the complimentary snacks and water.

When the neighbors upstairs went up and walked around it was very loud. No double lock on the door for an extra safe feeling. The place needs a bit of a renovation.

Nice value for money, the place is a bit outdated but clean. There's a small fridge and a microwave, great TV. half an hour's drive from Acadia National Park, the drive was simple and easy.

Only dislike was the shower curtain. It didn’t have weights at the bottom, so the water pressure from the shower head would sometimes blow the curtain inward and it would stick to me which I did not like and then had to re wash and be conscious of where I stood.

Easy check in and check out! Room was a good size as was the bathroom. Soap (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion) smelled good. Enjoyed the complementary snacks. Good shower water pressure and drain was not clogged like I’ve experienced at other Inns.

The room had two queen size beds, a fridge and microwave. We enjoyed the sunset on the aisle (table and chairs) outside of the room. The check in instructions were straightforward and easy to understand. 30min drive to Bar Harbor, plenty of restaurants and shops near-by.

Can hear everything outside - voices, footsteps, suitcases. Not too bad as all guests were respectful and did their best to minimize noises during odd hours. Door handle was a bit broken with a note.

Convenient location, close to several coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations. Great for visiting Acadia without Bar Harbor prices. Very homey, doesn’t feel like a corporate chain, didn’t see any staff but they were very communicative via text.
