unfriendly staff, general area felt unsafe, guests could walk in off the street, other guests were loud in their rooms in the middle of the night, only one bar of soap is given, bedsheets were dirty and need to be replaced, no mini fridge or other amenities, no ice, no coffee in rooms, etc.

It was dirty not only that There was dutchess and little peaces of weed in my room the AC didn't work I had to ask for them to change my room there was mold in the shower very disappointed it's not the same as the pictures at all I do not recommend

There was a lot of noise at times. Hopefully, the bathroom will get a makeover. The curtains need to close together all the way down, and I needed an iron and iron board.

It was near my destination, easy to locate, well lit outside, free continental breakfast and restaurants nearby.The elevator was working. The staff were knowledgeable about the area. The housekeepers were nice and kept the hotel and rooms clean and scented. The bedsheets were clean, and I slept comfortably.

The room was basic and that's what i expected for the price. It was clean and adequate and I was happy with that.

But the lady in checkout, in the morning of August 3rd, she was really rude. I asked if I could do laundry, she treated like we are a thief or something and telling us, don't go anywhere behind the property. What am i supposed to do around the property if all i want to do laundry? Not only this, anywhere she sees us, she had a bad attitude, the way she looks at us was really rude and she never smiles. Then I understood why this place has a really low rating. She is looking at all people like they are homeless and thief but not as a guest. It was a very big and chubby lady. As I see, she speak Spanish as well. Hopefully she is not the boss. Otherwise, this beautiful and nice property will not get better. No body would tolerate someone who never smiles and have rude attitude. I am giving HIGHER RATE because the other stuff was really nice and kind.

This place has a really low rating however, the picture of the rooms and environments were really satisfied. When I arrived, I didn't expect this place to be that good and I was curious why that place has a lower rating. I checked in this place in the evening and there was a lady she was really nice and also the man at night, he was also really friendly. housekeeper people were also so cute.

The fact that they charge a $50 service dog fee which is refundable,but shouldn't be charged at all. They only acknowledge 1 service dog per room,we have 2,so I had to pay $20 per night non-refundable pet fee for one of our dogs. That's so against the federal law.

Our room was visibly dirty. Dried ketchup on the counter and all kinds of junk on the floor. I told the front desk, and they came and wiped the counter and vacuumed, but made no offer of another room. Apparently, there is a towel shortage, so there were only 2 towels in the room for 3 of us. I had to ask for another. They gave me a towel that was designated for smoking rooms(it was fine). Breakfast was pitiful... packaged muffins, bagels, and granola bars!
