Complete Scam the hotel doesn't work. There was no one at the reception at the time my family and I arrived. I called and they told me that they would give me a full refund because there was no one at the reception.

The Entire building is condemn, staff had front door lock with a no vacancies sign & Ive already paid in advance. I found staff selling drugs out of one of the rooms on the 2nd floor. This was a disgrace. after finding the trap room where staff was serving from, i immediately went to retrieve my banger out the car. Then I allowed them to show me a room because I desperately wanted the 3rd wheel we bought on our trip out of my presence , he was not going to the air bnb with us. Anyway, It had no running water,!! no ac, towels or soap. The front door didn't lock and the tub I wouldn't bathe a dog in it, Waiting to dispute the charge with my bank .I had to book another hotel down the street. You been warned! And Booking.com need to remove this listing ASAP

The hotel was falling down, half abandoned with busted out windows and holes in the wall viewable from the outside just pulling into the driveway. I immediately canceled my reservation. 2 weeks later they are still trying to charge my credit card.

The address for the hotel was incorrectly listed and our gps took us to a camper dealership. We had to call and get directions. The listing for the OYO was actually for Travel Lodge which was seedy but cleaner than the actual OYO we were booked at. We received directions to our hotel from the clerk and were shocked when we saw the hotel was definitely not the one advertised. It was located behind a gas station and had old mattresses and trash littered behind the main building. We didn’t feel safe and left.

Half the building is burnt down. Looks like a potential prostitution and tweaker pad. Man with a gun on the balcony hanging out. No one was in the lobby for 10 minutes while i was waiting to get a refund. Left the property because i didn't feel comfortable staying and did not receive a refund.

This was very terrible. The room smelled like urine. My son stepped on a piece of glass and cut his foot on the bed in our room. We left immediately.

It was overall terrible…. I booked this room because my lights were out at my home due to the bad weather…. Drive all the way up there only to find out their lights were out too!!!!! But my card was definitely charged though….. make it make sense!!!! I just want my money back!!!

The room was nasty the bed had pubic hair on the sheets. We had bugs flying around roaches . The bathroom was nasty the shower wasn't clean. We had no towels. The shower knob was not on there. It was very loud people fighting him shots. I was not happy at all and will never go back there.

I didn't like anything. They offered to let me see the room before booking, but the man showing me the room had a visible gun and I obviously didn't want to inconvenience him. The room was dirty, the mattress was full of holes. The lock didn't work. This place should be condemned. Also its full of bugs

Very sketchy and predatory. I was not informed once about not allowing pets. I was kicked out after 3 nights stay after already having paid over $1,200 for 28 days. TV didn’t turn on at all. Not at all as it appears in advertising.
