We had family visitors from a different Motel showed up for just 5 minutes followed by a staff member from the checked in office whom had complained about our visitors being there. I thought that was rude. We weren’t loud and we weren’t sneaking that many people to stay in a room with us. Unlike the staff member, we have morals,good manners and great hospitality.

I like the room we stayed in. It had a kitchen in it as well. Even though we didn’t use the oven, it was still nice to have a big fridge there.

When we got into the room the room smelled really bad. It looked clean I don't know where the smell was coming from so I just put an air freshener in the room! After getting out of the shower and using a towel I noticed the other towels looked as though they had been used and folded back up. I then went to go lay down to sleep and I put my head on the pillow to find there was dried up blood stains on the pillow cover! I don't know if it was stained or just dried! That worried me about the cleaning of the room! We checked all the other pillows and blankets I didn't find anything else so we just put that pillow to the side!... I don't know that area or anything about the hotel this was my first time in Tennessee. I went to Walmart and bought my own towels and pillows. I stayed there the night and left Sunday morning. I made the man at the desk aware when I was checking out. I'm not too sure the people who are cleaning the rooms after check out are actually cleaning the towels or blankets! I believe they just make the bed and fold up the towel if they don't look dirty! That is a big concern. The location is great, a lot of places are close by.. I didn't feel in danger. But it wasn't super comfortable either.

I like the convenience of booking the hotel the process was easy. Not to mention I had arrived earlier than expected. I called the hotel when I got into Tennessee to see if I could change my reservation time. The man on the phone had told me it would be 40$ more to check in early. I had no other choice so I agreed. When we arrived at the hotel the man at the desk said the owners waved the fee. So that was wonderful after driving 8 hrs to get there I was tired!

The smell in the room was a little stinky. We paid for 2 nights but our card key didn't work when we came back from our adventure I called them I had to go to the office and have them reactivate the key but other then that it was good.

It didn't list the breakfast on the website so we didn't even know there was breakfast provided. It was close to checkers and it's open late.

Not sure how this place has such a high rating. It's a very basic old-school motel. Bed was okay comfort-wise. Room smelled like old cigarette smoke - and all my clothes that were outside my suitcase did, too. Initially couldn't find heater, called front desk to learn the AC had a heat mode. Almost couldn't reach the unit to operate it. Front desk lady offered to come help but never showed up. Heater / AC combo unit located near ceiling meant heat was ineffective while in bed - in other words, room was cold during a notorious Middle Tennessee cold spell. Bathroom is tiny - practically had to step into the bathtub to close the bathroom door. View from room is the parking lot. Fridge / freezer combo and microwave is convenient to have. Could only access one channel on TV - the channel it was on. Room itself has been somewhat modernized in some areas but still shows its original wear and tear with exposed fuse box, patched holes that need to be painted, flooring that needs repair in places. Deadbolt on door but no other security feature like a chain or door stop. This is a very basic "get what you pay for" location - if you're okay with that and the very cheap price, it's an okay place to spend the night or two when you're feeling adventurous.

Room had a plastic bag inside the hole where smoke detector was removed, there was a hole in the bottom of the door and there were bugs inside the room, in my opinion this place is not up to code.

Being approached while entering our room by someone wanting drugs then having a male try to enter our room he was given a key by the front desk that went to our room. Not the man’s fault I think we two females scared him

We did not have a trash can. Was charged for 4 people when only booked for 3. Only had 2 towels. The room smelled like they cleaned it, but my white socks are now black. The bathroom was so small that you basically had to get in the shower to shut the door, not to mention our door didn't even shut. The bath tub didn't drain, so after your shower you were standing in ankle to shin deep water. Do not recommend this place at all. And they do not like children there. Had a friend try to book here because we were here for an unfortunate delay. And when they went to book they couldn't because their page was marked no children allowed. the beds were hard and the pillows were flat.

Made us pay extra for Children and $25 for each person of u had more than 2 ppl lots of hidden chargers that aren’t shown on here and wasn’t able to check in till 4pm due to them clean and cleaning lady waking us up at 9am when check out wasn’t till 11

Toilet leaks, water faucet in bathroom loose, inside door lock doesn't lock. Pricey for what it is. Will not stay here again. Alot of sketchy people outside.

No shower curtain or tub plug for a bath or shower. Had to use washcloth for stopper. Only had 1 towel, so I had to get more because there were 2 of us. If you didn't wear shoes, your feet got black on the bottom. Had to go get some towels 2nd night because they didn't clean the room. Only toiletries provided were 2 bars of face soap, even though the listing stayed there would be some.

The room had not been clean. The sheets were clean but that was the only thing. There was some sort of stick substance all over the floor and desk. The bathroom had someone else’s charger in it and the light switch cover plate was broken. The towels and shower curtain had blood on them. The bedside light fixture had a strange white substance on them.
