The 1st.room was nasty & stuff on walls dirty microwave & refrigerator falling apart. The 2nd room was not any better no light in the room & the room smelled &refrigerator was broken & ice machine was broken & bad pillows & hard beds.

I think there was some construction going on or something but there was so much noise from inside and outside that I only stayed 1 night and checked out 3 days early and only stayed 1 night. The employees were nice and friendly.

Everything to do with booking I travel for work and this is exactly why I stopped using booking still a scam is disappointing

It was a nice place I won't ever use booking.com again every time I have it feels like a scam if you have an emergency to change dates total rip off they play games full circle to not ever refund your money is seriously a stupid game to try to fix your reservation

I did not get the room I reserved & I did not know until hours later when I came back to go to the room..reserved a king room & got a double queen room( with no explanation) in one bed sheet still had some brown stains on them... elevator getting stuck(I'm have real bad anxiety,so that didn't help) elevator taking you to different floors, not the floor you push the button for.. MY mother & uncle lived her some years ago & this hotel has went down tremendously since the early 2000s when they lived here....

The customer service was awful. The front desk clerk was smoking a blunt when I checked in. She proceeded to say that my stay was double the amount that was shown on booking. She used a lot of profanity. Also was telling people business in front of me. The housekeeping staff wasn't friendly either and she barely spoke English.

The staff member April was amazing! She truly cares about people she is the only reason I would stay here again. Every issue we had she was on it. She was so kind to my kids and us. She went above and beyond for us. Wonderful lady!

Shower didn't have hot water, door key scanner was faulty, design of the shower was terrible, bed was uncomfortable, pillows were flat. Construction was going on down the hall after my check in took 40 minutes to complete even though I completed and paid for the booking months ago. The parking lot was well lit, but there was trash, potholes and cracks in the pavement. Random people sitting out on the curb. Small elevator didn't have numbers on the buttons.

Room was refurbished, so it was nicer compared to the rest of the hotel.

1. At check in, there was not a full set of towels went to front desk and requested the missing towel; told the towels were in the locked laundry room and they didn’t have the key. Have towel available at the desk. 2. Strong urine smell and dry urine on and around the toilet; explained at front desk and they made a note for housekeeping to mop and clean the room. Urine smell was not as strong after cleaning but still there. I purchased supplies and cleaned the bathroom. The urine smell was not in the bathroom but was still in the sleeping area. Checked the mattress and it was covered with urine stains. Clean and disinfect the mattress, sofa, and chair. 3. Mold in bathroom, on shower curtains, and on ceiling in sleeping & living area. Treat the mold. 4. Trash and cigarette butts on the balcony and was still there after the cleaning. Clean balcony. 5. Roaches crawling on the wall in the hallway and breakfast area. There were roach baits in the room, did not see roaches in the room. Treat the entire hotel for insects.

The floor in the room was nice, no carpet. The location was good. No coffee in the room, went to breakfast to get coffee. There were apples, toast, cereal, milk, juice, and waffles in the breakfast area, also.

People hanging outside the place each time I go so it doesn't feel safe. Took several minutes before desk clerk came to check me in. Breakfast was ok but at least they offered. Pool was closed & hadn't been maintained. Lighting is dark inside & outside. Bugs!!!

Absolutely Horrible,This is a truck stop type of hotel, lots of homeless people living in the hotel ,drug activity all around, the hotel is very hot,and outdated,has a bad smell,and woke up with bug bites on my body,the beds are gross the bedding is from the 80s they need to be shut down, Don't waste your money there
