I requested an early check in and basically did not get it. I got a call at 2:30 that my room was ready but by then I had left the area with family on an improptu sight visit. The staff member that greeted me when I arrived at 10am Saturday was dismissive and repeated about 4 times "the guaranteed check in time is 4pm" almost pruposefully annoying, and I had just driven 7 hours to the hotel. She could have been a little less passive aggressive and more kind with her empathy. I told her I had driven a long way to get there, with my wife and kids.

The room was clean, and the location is fantastic. We have stayed here before

The pool was closed, parking lot was basically closed off to traffic due to construction; none of which I knew about when making my reservation. Nor did anyone reach out to me about this potential inconvenience. The driveway from the lobby to the parking lot is poorly designed and constructed and needs to be improved.

Perfect location it a quiet street and its less than 5mins walk from downtown. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and clean! They also provide complete toiletries.

I can hear people in the adjacent rooms. They must be able to hear me too. The AC is kind of noisy. I turned it off over night.

It was not entirely their fault, I suppose. The booking.com page stated that they had an indoor pool. When checking in, we were told they do not have a pool. My son loves a good hotel pool, so that was a bit disappointing. We explored a bit and saw the pool through some blocked off windows and locked door. So, perhaps the response that they didn't have a pool was worded poorly. Either way. It was a decent stay regardless of whether they had a pool or not.

It was a great location right next to the commons.

Don’t know why our neighbors triggered the fire alarm twice during our stay at June 30. One time is 9 am, the other time is 11pm when we are about to sleep. The building’s fire alarm system has issue. The room is hard wood floor which is nice. However, the floor is very dusty and the bathroom shelf for extra towels is extremely dusty. The clean extra towels were left on this dusty shelf:( the bed sheets are not very clean, there are some stains which look like blood :(

It has a convenient location and has parking lot. The price is reasonable, about 130 dollars a night for 2 beds at the end of June. The staff is very helpful. We requested microwave, extra towel, house maintenance service. They immediately did it for us. The indoor swimming pool was not working when we were there. The staff is able to send us to the swimming pool of Hilton garden.

Nothing. It was all good.

We arrived early and were able to check in early without a surcharge. The hotel is extremely well located near a pedestrian street and five minutes by foot to The Moosewood Restaurant. The room on the second floor was very quiet. The air conditioning could be set at our desired temperature. The restaurant where we had a simple breakfast was very pleasant.
