That you couldn’t turn the air conditioning to your own settings it was regulated and got way to hot at night.

Room states there is included chair and umbrella beach service. This was not the case. Chairs were “first come, first serve” and the attendant was very rude and unaccommodating when we asked for an umbrella for our infant.

The property was beautiful, well maintained. Comfortable- quiet. Perfect location for family trip. Would rebook for next year but honestly $1,000 more listed price is too much for us.

The property was amazing and located in a great spot! It would be a perfect spot for 6 to get away! I loved being able to take a 2 minute walk and be on the beach or sit on my balcony and drink my coffee and watch the waves. We will definitely be returning back here!

The first bathroom tub and kitchen sink had the hot/cold water switched so we thought there was no hot water at first. Also, a big issue with having small children, the entry door has no inside lock or latch. It's just a handle, and our 3 year old took off several times. We had to block the door at night and one parent had to sleep with him to make sure he didn't escape again. That needs to be addressed before someone loses a child.

Condo was very clean and beautifully decorated, with views of ocean (side of building) with lovely furniture. We were pleasantly surprised at all the appliances and dishware! Grateful for a washer and dryer as well.

Loud in the bedroom there is a vent and you can hear the noise from the downstairs private venue event room. Would rather have a King size bed in bedroom also

Everything was beautiful, booked a seaside view, it wasn’t the view I expected, I thought we were going to be actually viewing the ocean , but it was on the side of the building with little view of the ocean. It was still a beautiful spot.

There was nothing to dislike at all! We had a very pleasant stay, and everything was taken care of by these wonderful hosts. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Everything about it! We loved it, and there were zero issues. Everything was set up and taken care of, so we had little to deal with. First, and foremost the messages from hosts were always prompt and ahead of time. The messaging system is A+. Second, the place is in a great location. Very short distances to everything, even to Destin. Third, the place is super clean, cool, vibrant and well-stocked. Fourth, it is right on the BEACH!!! Fifth, using codes for door locks gives that extra sense of security. Sixth, This unit is right next to the elevator or stairs! Most of the time we used the stairs as it was right across from the doorway and faster than the elevator. Seventh, the staff at this building are very nice and welcoming, and the amenities are excellent. Eighth, Beautiful condominium, this place is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and feels good. Ninth, there were zero issues!, I mean how many times can you say you booked a room with zero issues? well, we had none here! Tenth, the price! The greatest price out there!

The construction that was going on was very disturbing even on the beach the noise could still be heard.
