Our room wasn't up to my standards. The floor was nasty. We noticed the bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned anytime recently our feet got dirty when we got out of the shower, and the walls had stuff all over them. It was disgusting. The beds weren't comfortable at all; we tossed all night. I would recommend bringing your own pillows if you stay.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The location is perfect if you want to walk everyone in Pigeon Forge. We laid at the pool briefly and it was clean and nicely updated. The staff are friendly and helpful, when checking in. They offer a free breakfast, you get one meal and a drink, it was unusual I must say, we tried wouldn't eat again but it's to one's liking. Free is always worth trying once. We did get a Bloody Mary for breakfast, it was delicious, you must try!

Water pressure could have been better and the air was a little noisy other than that my only complaint was lack of storage for 2 people for a week there was only 3 small doors . Also had to walk a mile to get to the ice maker .

What I really did not care for was the price room was a little on higher side for what we got. The drinks at the pool bar was really over priced 2 mixed drinks 32.00 was not a fan of that.

There were no washcloths or soap in our bathroom when we checked in. We were told the machines and water were being fixed so not a huge issue. If we had stayed one more night I would have asked about getting soap.

I liked the decor and the location of this hotel. The breakfast was really good. Checking in was an ease and very simple. The staff is very helpful in getting you to where you need to go.

The restaurant and complimentary breakfast were all together a bad experience. The staff didn’t seem trained properly or confident in their job at all. Incredibly disorganized and lacking. The person serving the bar counter top actually told a guest they couldn’t purchase alcohol even though it was behind her and 10 in the morning.

It was clean and I really wanted to hit up the pool but due to timing I simply wasn’t. It would be nice if the pool was open one hour later, until 11pm

PARKING IS HORRIBLE! That’s the only thing that I didn’t like. The majority of the time we couldn’t even park in the hotel parking lot after we have paid for a room for multiple nights. The parking lot stayed completely full, and I seen multiple people park just to walk across the road to the island. I feel like if you pay to stay somewhere you at least want to be able to park at the hotel where you are staying!

The pool side is awesome. we enjoy drinks and food by the pool services are like a cruise they bring and it to you . When you walk into rooms you can smell the clean smell. Staff is friendly and Manger walking around asking everyone if everything is good. We will be back . Highly recommend

I misunderstood the free breakfast thinking it was a continental breakfast for our entire family, it turned out to be two $10 coupons to the onsite restaurant which the cheapest item on the menu was a grapefruit for $9. We didn’t use them. Not a deal killer for us but for someone expecting a free breakfast just be aware. Also there was some maintenance items needing repair in the room but again, wouldn’t prevent me from staying again.

Didn't like sliding door on bathroom. Not enough privacy. Also parking was bad. No parking spots available after you come back in the evening. Also no microwave.

It was clean, but could have been a bit more so. Also there is no curfew, so if you have rowdy neighbors be prepared to be awake.
