Room could have been a tiny bit cleaner. Found female hair in the shower tub, living room carpet was wore out and the worst part was the ice container which had dirt and a cotton bud in it! Also no dedicated parking was a down side. You either have to leave your car parked the entire stay or drive for an hour around the streets every time you go out to find a stop.

Extremely charming property. The mystical and rustic atmosphere was a vibe. Great location and AC was ice cold. Having a full kitchen was a super plus. Staff were amazing!

Island City House has become our favorite place to stay in Key West. The room was spacious with a kitchen and living area as well as a beautiful bedroom and bathroom with a skylight. The property is key west to the core with greenery and water features throughout. So many of our previous hotels have been bought and modernized. Please don't ever change!

Everything was great! Rooms in the cigar house need a little updating. Ice machine in freezer did not work. There was a nice tray so that took care of that. But other than that everything was great!

We lived everything about Island City House. The location to everything is fantastic. But our room was great, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The hosts are fantastic and so nice. The tropical grounds were great. Our room was wonderful and always clean. Definitely a must stay.

We were on third floor it was hard to bring luggage up, I would reserve the first floor if you have trouble with stairs as there isn't an elevator.

Very nice and beautiful hotel. Location was perfect! We wanted to stay at a hotel that gave us a true Key West vibe, and we feel the hotel really lived up to that expectation. Highly recommend!

Nothing, everthing was good

I liked everything about the place. It's located very close to the center of the town, only about 6 mins walk to Duval Street and everything else; 4 minutes walk to the parking lot ( "Key West Parking Lot" 15/day, recommended!). The room was not too big, but just right to accommodate two people. It has stoves, a fridge, a microwave, and a coffee machine. Just perfect. They also have a resident cat, who is a cute pie, polite, and very curious. He always waited in front of the room, looking inside, and refused to come in when invited.

Everything was great. The grounds are lush and tropical, and the greeter, "Bert" was very welcoming and made us feel at home. I have not one bad thing to say. This is a place we will always return to, with great memories. ❤

Parking is very limited… they really need to get a real ice machine the one they have is sad… the day I was checking out I waited to after 8 am with nobody to turn my keys and do a proper check out.
