I wasn't able to stay do to no room the size I booked on this app saying it was and allowed me to book was available. The man seemed to be annoyed and said that always happens. He let me go see the room that was available and let's just say it was a huge NO. Not only was it too small but a cabinet door was missing. One of the burners on the lil stove was lop sided. The bathroom looked horrible. It needs a major remodel.

The price. I wasn't going to leave a review because I didn't stay here but y'all don't give me an option not to participate. Y'all keep sending these so here you go.

How I was treated by the staff. Someone entered into my room without consent. My room was out-dated and had stains as well as bullet holes in the curtains. I got locked out of my room and was unable to get my uniform for work which caused me to lose my job. I'd honestly like my 2 weeks stay refunded in full.

Their website isn't an accurate description, you can't check-in after 7 even though it says accommodations can be made, I booked a room with a queen and pull out sofa, then I was informed that no pull out sofas are on the premise. The man who checked in the party withheld my co-workers ID from him when he tried to go to his room. They forgot to charge us for the last night and didn't tell us until 2 hours before they closed and said if payment wasn't made then they would be kicked out of their room, payment cannot be taken over the phone or on their website with the card I used to hold the reservation. Both workers are spoke with are rude, their website has false advertising and information, this stay was nothing short of a nightmare.

I booked this hotel in anemergency during hurricane beryl and they accepted my reservation without telling people that they were out of power as well. Didnt find out until we pulled up and it was shunned off like it meant nothing

You had to buy your own toilet paper.they charge the same price weather you book online and I was charged a booking fee, room fee and a 50 dollar resort fet. It was a rip off

I have trouble with the tenant above my room as he kept making noise and heavy steps until 3 am in the morning although he was notified by the management but he never stopped his noise and never realized that he shares the space with others

This was a Horrible experience. Terrible customer service, terrible upkeep of the property, false advertisement they did not return our money. We're placed out of the hotel After they did not deliver on promises of a room or service the room we were in. Do not go here it is dangerous and should be condemned. No one should be Is making reservations for this place.

They don’t allow you toilet paper or towels unless you’re there longer than 30 days for the towels and I was told to buy my own. There were also cockroaches and they were flying. I found several in my room and killed then myself. However I found four of them dead when I was checking out. I was woke up by a drunken fight in the hall at 4am and had to call someone to have something done…It went on for at least 20 minutes on a work night. I left an item in my room and was told to check back a few days later because that’s when housekeeping would be in there and my experience with housekeeping was she was rude. I was not even offered a call back about my property. Be aware, they don’t supply you with and pots, utensils or kitchen towels. To me it’s not worth the money, go to Extended Stay America instead, it’s a better deal.

There really wasn’t anything positive I could say about this property.
