The staff were very friendly and wonderful! I liked the options they had for breakfast! All areas that I was in (such as the lobby, breakfast area, room ect) were all very clean!

United StatesThe beds were good, comfy for me and my daughter. The coffee machine was not cleaned and pretty dusty so I didn't use that. The bathroom had a couple of hairs, but otherwise good. We encountered a late night conversation outside our door that was resolved relatively quickly after contacting the front desk, always polite.
I absolutely enjoyed the staff first and foremost. From the phone calls beforehand (booking rescheduling) to ensure everything reflected on Affirm (payment method for the 2 night stay), Booking, and Best Western. The lady I spoke with was so kind and empathetic, also checked us in. Very kind. The beds were good, comfy for me and my daughter. Our second night was very quiet and good overall. It was a nice touch to have a text option for check out and general questions etc. Thanks for the stay!

United StatesThe room was overall very clean but I think the carpets need deep cleaned or replaced, because this room I stayed in made my feet dirty. However I did stay in another room and the carpets weren't like that in that room, so I don't think it's like that in every room. You might want to try wearing slippers when in the room though.
The beds are so comfortable and the room was so nice to relax in. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast was much appreciated!! There is lots to choose from and the staff replenish everything pretty frequently. For the price, this is a really nice place to stay! I felt very safe and comfortable here. It's about a 20 minute drive from the beach and the aquarium, so it's in a pretty decent location! I did have to ask for a tub stopper because there wasn't one in there and I love to take baths, but the maintenance man came the next morning and fixed it! I was very pleased with how helpful the staff was.

Such a comfortable stay! The king size bed and pillows were super comfortable. The staff are so friendly and helpful! I loved the continental breakfast so much. The staff replenished everything frequently and there was a good bit to choose from! I would definitely recommend staying here.

The staff was amazing very helpful ,, Denise went well and beyond she made sure that we had turkey sausage or no pork products for us and we greatly appreciate her for that. They have a very good breakfast options. The pool was very nice and the area is very quiet.

United StatesThe parking lot was really tiny in the back, only one way in and out (which was not a deal breaker because you can easily access the back of the hotel through the hallway). And our room seemed to have had a lot of poorly patched holes in the bathroom and the bathroom door was really beaten up. Also the towel rack behind the toilet was falling out of the wall.
The man at the front desk very kind and welcoming, the housekeeping staff and breakfast staff were also very nice greeting us each morning. The pool was clean, the room was also very clean!
