Breakfast needs more hot options. AC wasn’t on in our room when we arrived and it was the middle of summer. Very hot.

The hallways had air fresheners that were so overwhelming, they took your breath away. Too much of a good thing. The breakfast was lackluster -- eggs didn't peel, juice didn't taste good.

The staff are very rude whenever Indians run a property. They are very rude and nasty and obnoxious. They don’t have a understanding for anything.

Breakfast was a little lacking BUT, I think it's only because they are in the middle of renovating. Coffee was good but, juice/water machine wasn't working.

The room was VERY large. Considering that the hotel is under renovation, they are keeping it very clean and there was NO construction noise.

Everything was great but your breakfast bar could have been better, at least 1 roaster would have been enough, apples & 2 small oranges were 🥲🥲, no yogurt or bananas!

The room had less furnishing than the online pictures indicated. The breakfast was not very good. There was renovations occurring on the main floor and things were a little un-kept. Price did not match the value of what we received.

They were in the middle of remodeling the hotel, so it was not up to par. But it was not too bad. The breakfast wasn't very good. The eggs were rubbery and the sausage was bland. The good part was fresh fruit and waffles but I wasn't in the mood for waffles

The shower head was ok but the shower curtain was trash and didn’t keep the water in the tub. After getting out of the shower, I had to throw down the bath towels to sop up the pool of water on the floor. The hair dryer was on the wall where the water was pooling on the floor; water and electricity DO NOT mix. This needs to be fixed immediately!

Room was clean except the pullout sofa. Material had mold on it. I had to take one of the towels to clean it. Also there was garbage under it.

Even though the place appeared to be clean, there was a roach in the bathroom and another bug on the lamp shade. I requested a room change. Due to my room already being paid for online, I didn't think I could request a refund. I did ask for a discount and was told that because I paid for it online that I got the discounted rate. That rate was still too much for insects to be in the room. It was also a tear in the curtain in the second room we were moved to.

The breakfast was decent but food ran out and wasn't replaced quickly enough. The place appeared to be clean and staff was nice.

Room where the breakfast buffet is VERY hot when serving. Too hot to eat in there - very unpleasant. The entire lobby is too hot in the morning. Hall carpets are stained, broken mirror in our room. They required another $50 "security deposit" charge on my card, although I already paid Booking.com.

Relatively up to date facility. Fairly clean for this type of motel. AC worked well, and the room had a microwave, refrigerator, and hair dryer.

Breakfast was a disappointment. Hotel was being painted, so it was in disarray, and fumes made it hard to breathe. Paper bag breakfast was unnaceptable...rate should have been much cheaper because of this.

Wish the a/c had been turned on before arrival. It was a bit stuffy but didn’t take long to cool down.

I love that it is off the highway, in the back and is quiet. Near plenty of shopping and restaurants. Only took 15 minutes to get to UAB in morning rush hour traffic. This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed here, it’s my go to when I have to stay over for a test or procedure.
