The only reason I booked this hotel was the EV charger. However turns out the property doesn’t protect the charger with “EV-only charging” parking spot. There were 4 non-EV cars parked to it so I never had a chance to charge my car lol. The breakfast was ok but a bit slow and for some reason the staff doesn’t ask whether you prefer to have a sour vs sweet meal first. I would never eat a desert before my breakfast omelette but this is how they serve it w/o asking

Check in and check out process was electronic however were not advised this prior to arriving when we didn’t even get to walk through the front door before being lead to our cottage. Not a friendly welcome. Owner needs to remember that not everyone has access to emails or a phone when travelling from overseas.

Communications take some getting used to. You do need to leave a voice message, or write an email. The staff always got back to me. I found them quite helpful once we connected. Wi-Fi was very, very slow, but perhaps it was just the room we were in. It's nice to have a TV, but it was on an impractical wall made it unusable which was very disappointing. Offering non-gluten free options may be desirable for some if you could also avoid contamination for those who have severe allergies.

The location was perfect for us which is why we chose the Inn. It was nice and quiet and the grounds were beautiful. The cottages are a bit roomier and have a few more amenities which makes them particularly nice. The King room upstairs was very comfortable though you do need to walk up quite a few steps. Complimentary wine, filtered water, and a small refrigerator are a nice addition. The common area courtyard is nice to relax in or have a light meal while enjoying the lovely gardens. Breakfast is served around 8:00-8:30 and is gluten free. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The room was small for a cottage… it’s not really a cottage but half a cottage if that…. Anywhere else it would be just a hotel room. Not welcoming at all , the owner of the property met me at the front door but didn’t welcome me inside , simply wanted to show me how my phone number and email address were wrong ( not the case as these details were correct in booking.com but she was using a different management system ) No hello at all ! Therefore I didn’t receive any check in or check out instructions. The inn lacks warmth and the personal touch as it is basically a Airbnb with rooms with key codes and no staff on site apart from a breakfast cook and cleaners…it is run remotely via emails ( which isn’t good when you are travelling from another country and can’t access your emails ) As per its website It’s supposed to be a small intimate inn , this is not the case.Our front door had a round hole above the key lock … this needs to be fixed asap.All communication is done via email, messages nothing in person apart from the lovely breakfast chef.

Close to downtown Napa and situated on a lovely street. Comfy bed and welcome bottle of wine.The breakfasts were outstanding! The breakfast chef was very good and we were impressed with the quality of the food.

The location was in a residential neighborhood which was surprisingly loud at times, but still not far from downtown.

The staff, especially the chef that made the most amazing breakfasts every morning, were incredible. So friendly and helpful. We cannot say enough wonderful things about all of them. They made our trip so much better. Offered great suggestions on things to see and do. We would absolutely recommend this inn.

Nothing really. Door handle on the room cabin lifted up to open which seemed a bit strange (and tbh I couldn't work it out to start with and I called the reception number and no-one answered). Nothing major.

Instructions provided pre-arrival were great. Room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Little extra complimentary touches of wine, etc. were nice.

The property is beautiful. The rooms and other spaces are very clean and comfortable. The beds were divine. We enjoyed our morning breakfast and welcome wine/chocolates. We loved our rooms. I’m not a bed & breakfast fan but this place wins as our very favorite. We can’t wait to comeback. Prior to our visit, communication was very good. All around and wonderful stay.

Breakfast offer (although breakfast was delicious and delivered to your door) could be a bit later as most people maybe don’t want to get up 8-8.30 for breakfast. A later option would be amazing.

lovely, lovely Inn a 10-mins walk from downtown Napa. the cottage we stayed was exceptional, clean and everything was catered for. Such a cute place, very clean, with all the comforts you need.

None of the outdoor furniture was functional, except for the tables on the deck. It must have rained before I got there because all of the patio furniture cushions were soaking wet and couldn't be used. Apparently nobody bothered to bring them inside to keep them dry. There was an awful smell inside the house, like sewer gas. I contacted the property right away and they did something to fix it, but I spent one stinky night and didn't get any kind of credit towards my stay

Communication seemed a tad overkill in advance of arrival. I was asked to share the passports on multiple occasions despite already sending them via booking.com platform. We were given the wrong code to get into the property (luckily they had specified it was the last 4 digits of my mobile number which they had put down wrong) and same for the code for the communal room. No response to my messages regarding this during our stay.

Great location easy walk to centre of Napa, breakfast delivered to room every morning, bottle of wine and note in the room on arrival was a nice touch! Plenty of fridge space for storing wine, water etc. Well presented rooms. On-site parking, albeit limited.

The whole check-in process was odd. You had to answer a survey and then email a copy of everyone's driver's license, not just the person paying for the room but everyone's. I'm still to this day not sure why someone needed a copy of my license to stay at the Inn that was already paid for through booking.com. When we arrived at 5 pm the Innkeeper had gone home for the day according to the sign, there was a phone number to call in case of emergencies. There are codes on the room doors, and codes on the exterior doors, this made it feel more like an Airbnb than a Bed and Breakfast or traditional Inn. Our room (Jefferson) has an odd shower, the jetted tub was set into the floor and created a large step into it, but due to the slant of the ceiling at 5"11" tall, I had to lean to the side to be able to shower. The TV was small and everything had to be streamed (no cable).

The hot breakfast was great. Every day it was something new and had a very California flair to it. The property had plenty of outdoor space to hang out between the vines. The beds were comfortable. There were several streaming services available.

This is picky but the only thing I can think of to improve. The shower curtain rod was hung really high. Hard to hang a garment to let the wrinkles fall out. I am only 5' 1".

The breakfast was delicious - savory and healthy. The chef provided a pretty presentation with yummy food. During our 2-night stay we had: spice muffins, chocolate banana brownies, apple chicken sausage, bacon, mushroom risotto, roasted veggies, and eggs over easy and scrambled - all for breakfast. It was filling but not too much.
