my spouse was not happy with the beds, shower heads were very bad and not working properly, and toilets are too low for older folks. i would have asked for a handicap room if I knew the how low the toilets were.
Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very courteous and helpful at all times. cookies were very good. thanks for the free water. Parking and all locations that we needed were excellent.

Understanding this is not a 5 star hotel, everything was adequate. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was ok. Appreciate a hot meal. Food quality was ok. Area was well maintained and clean.

No complaints at all.
The lady at the reception was lovely. Very warm and friendly. The staff in general was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Microwave in the room, coffee/tee downstairs. We were given bottles of water and told to ask for more if we needed. Breakfast was not great but adequate. There is a waffle maker in the breakfast room. All in all, good value for money.

Location was good - a short drive to Three Sisters Springs and about a half hour to Homosassa Springs for manatee viewing. The breakfast was quite good and plentiful - cereal, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, bagels and toast, yogurt.... coffee available all day and bottled water upon request. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was clean and quiet. I would stay here again.

Our stay was very good ( Please see what i liked ) . Its a very busy time of season in the area and housekeeping has a very difficult job with having to turn around rooms quickly. Understandably some minor things get missed during room cleaning. Our stay found a small piece of candy on the side of the bed near the night stand. And a frequent issue I find at most hotels is the the top of the headboards are not dusted.
The property is very very good. The staff was excellent it was a very good stay the location is right is convenient to the area. Just note during manatee season all hotels in area adjust the pricing accordingly. Breakfast was good the food was brought as soon as something ran low the breakfast staff was on top of everything that needed attention. The check in front desk staff was very friendly. No issues upon check in. During checkout the staff was just as friendly and attentive to all details. The hotel common areas were very clean. The room amenities were very good. The bathroom was very clean. A very good stay.

A little bit more fruit for breakfast would have been good but good selection nevertheless.
Was allowed a late checkout at 12 which was very welcome as did a Manatee trip at 8 so was great to come back and have a shower.

I didn't like it when I looked out the window outside; I do not see much view except the huge dumpster.

The toilet had issues flushing you had to hold the handle down until it was done. But other than that nothing.
Clean rooms, comfortable beds, staff was amazing and helpful anytime I needed anything. The breakfast was 100% worth going to. Orlando was the sweetest staff member, texted me throughout my stay to make sure I was good and if I needed anything.

Breakfast was average, not much choice but the kids enjoyed making their own waffles.
Comfy beds and location was good for a nights stay to be up early in the morning to swim with manatees.

N/A For what was needed for a comfortable stay was provided for at Hampton Inn. I didn't require much more of anything else.
