Requested a queen size room, got stuck with a double bed

Because it's so old, there's no sound insulation and bed was comfy but creaky. There was a wedding that weekend, so there were lots of folks loudly going down the halls, and the sound carries like crazy there. Everything else was great!

Historic hotel in the middle of Fredericksburg - the staff was very friendly and accommodations were very historic.

Showers take while to warm up but staff let you know so you just plan around it. No real issue.

There was no hot breakfast, but there was a nice supply of breakfast items to choose from. There was nowhere in the room to sit except for the bed. I would love to have had room for a sitting area and a desk. The inn is old, and the rooms were nice, but old rooms are not as big as the newer ones. There was no elevator, but the staff was very helpful getting luggage up and down stairs.

The Inn was historic, which my daughter loved. There was a parlor downstairs for us to enjoy with other guests.Thwe staff was v ery polite and friendly as well as polite.

TV was comically small. Maybe dont even need the TV at all but if you are gonna do it, it needs to fit the space. Continental breakfast was kinda weak. It was advertised as a "Bed and Breakfast" and we got the equivalent of pop tarts and juice boxes.

Lovely little place. Harkens back to a different time, in a good way. Real keys for the rooms and everything. Felt like I went to stay at Nana's house in the spare room.

What I didn't like was the noise in both the hallways and outside. Traffic with LOUD mufflers sped up and down the street at all hours interrupting sleep.

I liked my room and the breakfast. Room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was the best of every hotel I've ever stayed at.

Cars with loud music systems or revving engines pulled up directly below the windows throughout the night. Drunk people talked loudly in the hallways outside the thin doors. A noisy night all in all, since you asked.

The inn has a wonderful antique vibe, the rooms are tastefully simple with period pieces, and much charm. STaff were friendly and courteous. Overall, a quality stay!

Missed breakfast for early departure. Nice welcome from staff. Room comfortable with nice window view to the parking lot and street. This is an older building with solid wood floors and walls and nicely furnished.

The air conditioning is centrally managed which means the rooms can be a little warm at times.

The location is perfect, with plenty of on-site parking. It's a very straightforward walk into Fredericksburg. This was our third stay as it has all we need for our visit!

Actually the really wasn't anything I didn't like.. it was charming!

The continental breakfast was just fine it had everything I needed! The location was relatively good.. but it was a little far from the little center of the old historic area so you had to drive.. no problem with parking though!

location was good but there were on times during the early evening hours when several cars would race loudly past the hotel. In thought I was along a drag strip.

Breakfast was as advertised; okay but not exceptional. I liked the old furniture in the building. It gave it an historic appearance. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The fire alarm was so sensitive the steam from the shower set it off. The vent fan wasnt working in the bathroom. A note about it would have been nice. I couldn't even get the ceiling fan on to help circuate air. And the breakfast had limited options to accommodate gluten or dairy frer such as plant based milk.

It was very affordable.They were very flexible with our arrival time and the location was excellent. The staff was incredibly pleasant and polite. The building was pretty neat. I appreciate the included breakfast. Our family was upgraded to help us be more comfortable and that was very nice.

For the beauty of the inn, the breakfast was a little sparse. A wonderful family style area. But really not a whole lot to eat. And the beds are very squeaky and old.

Room could have been a little cooler. No temperature controls in the room. Ceiling fan would have been helpful. It was not uncomfortable though.

Good value for the location. Staff was very friendly and genuinely wanted our stay to be the best possible! They always asked if we needed anything at all. Easy parking. Felt comfortable and safe.
