The lobby area was sparse, though plenty of seating was available, and it seemed impersonal. The front desk seemed like a design afterthought considering the price of the rooms.

    Very nice room, conveniently located.

The parking was expensive The hotel room was dated. In fairness, we had just spent 4 days prior at a different hotel, which was very modern with USB ports/great lighted mirror in the bathroom/clean scent-free amenities/useful spaces (more counter space in bathroom)

Location to JHU! The staff was friendly but we were not given vouchers so we paid for our breakfasts. When I checked-out, the person said we shouldn't have paid for all of our breakfasts. She kindly took the charges off of our bill but it would have been nice to have known that ahead of time. I appreciated they let us check-in early but they also charged us $50. The electronic DND button so housekeeping didn't try to enter randomly throughout the day

Not really easy to get to from the train station. Rooms functional but a bit dated, shower within a bathtub with low borders (not really useful as a bathtub, then why?) Costly.

Perfect for visiting John Hopkins. Nice environment. Good overall hotel. Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful.

The bathroom was very small with no towel bar or place to put towels except on top of toilet, which is not ideal...

The location was perfect- we were able to walk to the Museum and to my sister's house near JOhns Hopkins

Scratchy sheets and the fact that we could everything that goes on in the hallway.

We were there for the location, which was perfect - other than that it's just a standard hotel, nothing unusual or exceptional - bed mattresses are comfortable, but the sheets were really scratchy (which could just be a me thing).

The room had a somewhat weird design so despite being quite large, much of the space was wasted on elements such as a long corridor. They fitted a queen bad while a king bed could fit. The lighting was weird. Water would get out of the shower despite the shower curtain due to bad design. No place to hang stuff in the bathroom. These are small things, but altogether they give the feeling this hotel could have been better with a little bit of thinking regarding the design.

Location was perfect for visiting JHU. The staff was nice and the room was spacious and super clean. Bed was not huge, but very comfortable.

Good location, clean, polite staff, but parking situation is very inconvenient with having to validate tickets, use room key to leave garage, etc., while it’s all glitching and not working, parking system is not well set up

Everything was a bit worn out (towels, shower curtain, carpet, etc) which wouldn’t really be an issue if it was priced accordingly, but it’s ridiculously overpriced. And the parking charges are highway robbery. Definitely not worth the cost.

The air conditioner/fan was noisy, we turned it off to get a break from the constant drone, and could hear conversations going on in the next room, including a very loud child, so dealt with the air conditioner noise.

Spent 3 nights there. Staff was super nice & helpful. Room was nice, bed comfortable. Breakfast is additional cost of $20, a little pricey, food was okay. Close to Hampden neighborhood where we have family, nice walk from the hotel.
