What an absolutely wonderful place this is, nestled in the quiet countryside of Burton, TX. The cottage we had was delightful, it's furnishings were very welcoming and cozy. I have never stayed at an Airbnb that had so many things that we might need in all the cupboards and drawers, very welcome surprise. If you are looking for peace, quiet and tranquility this is the stop to be at. The cabins are extremely well maintained as are the grounds. The owner stop by while we were there and I have to say she is a wonderful, wonderful lady. We've already decided we want to come back and we aren't so busy with life and just enjoy this place to the max. Thank you for having us and Gig 'Em 👍

Everything was as I would wish.

The three cottages available are all well appointed, well equipped and have ample space around them. Indian Creek is a beautiful setting, the cottages are set around a pond that is backed by a small wood, the grounds extent to provide a nice walk into lovely countryside. The grounds are superbly maintain and provide a delightful space to stay. I would very happily visit again.

This is a secluded country cabin that is a nice break from town rentals. Stargazing was amazing. Very attentive host who lives on property. The Chief cottage was larger than we needed but was priced approximately. Very pet friendly but no fence.

There was a mouse problem. Written notification in the wall in the kitchen with no notice upon booking. My husband had "something" dart across his face during our first night sleeping in the second back bedroom. Not sure what it was but on the second night he was awakened by the sound of a mouse scratching. He got up and observed the mouse down the hall way, then it scurried into the washing machine closet.

Beautiful location, beautiful property and homes. Great space for our family. Mouse issues. It is a country setting. The owner is extremely pleasant. However there should be more effort into ridding the home of the rodents. Example, exterminator?

The home was dated and somewhat clean. The coffee pot was dirty and the pillows were old, not soft and smelled musty. The sheets were old and musty and the house smelled like dog. The property itself was in a beautiful quiet location, but a little too far for what we needed it for. For the price we expected some type of breakfast. The cleaning fee was very high. We thought it would be closer. Thanks for letting us stay.

We had 4 people and there was only 2 comfortable chairs to relax in the house. Not all of us could set in a comfortable chair and chat together except on the patio. Would be better to have 4 comfortable places to set.
