United StatesNo ice machines or drink machines were available. We had to ask for ice and only Coke, Ginger Ale and Fanta were available at the reception desk. No microwave in room. We realize this is a resort and not a regular hotel but the amenities were not what we are used to. To be a pet friendly facility, there wasn’t much in the way of welcoming pets.
The location and the room was clean and spacious.

United StatesThe walls were not soundproof. We could hear the T.V. in the other room. Also heard talking, albeit muffled. Renovation being done to the entrance way of our room. It is off season and prime time to do repairs and upgrades.
Nice room, very pleasant staff. Totally refurbished bathroom. Up in the mountains, a very nice view of the valley.

United StatesFireplace in Liv Rm did not work. The staff tried to fix a number of times. It would light for a while, then go out. I wanted to make a cup of coffee in the lobby but could find no coffee maker.
I liked having an extra living room. The building and amenities were very nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping provided us with clean linens during the week. It was very quiet and peaceful - just what we needed to get a good vacation Thank you for a lovely time.

United StatesBreakfast options were very skimpy...maybe not offer it at all so guests wouldn't expect a standard continental breakfast. The towels were not soft at all...not what you expect at a place that has a spa. Construction was going on and we were not informed beforehand.
Loved the location and the grounds were beautiful on the back side of the inn. The restaurant was great for dinner one night! We enjoyed a beautiful sunset!!

United StatesI feel like this place needs to have an ice machine available to the guest instead of having the staff fill an ice bucket. Also either upgrade the door locks to a card or install deadbolt locks. Finally lighting in the bathroom is not bright enough for ladies to apply their makeup. Fortunately I brought my own lighted makeup mirror.
I love the location, the view, the peace and quite. The place has lots of charm. Very comfortable bed and nice decor. Much more private than a chain motel in town would be.

United StatesBreakfast had expired food and extremely limited options. We could hear everything in the room beside of us as well as the people above us. It would’ve been helpful to have a microwave or mini fridge in the room so you could keep leftovers from restaurants and have it for later. Had to waste lots of leftovers for this reason.
Staff were friendly everytime we interacted with them. Wish they would have shown us around a little more and told us about included amenities and where to find them. The room was clean and spacious.

PolandThe spa was not working. The pool wasn’t heated. I feel like they just didn’t bother to even fix it. There was not house keeping during our stay so our trash was getting full and we run out of soap. The quality of towels was really poor. It didn’t match the quality of the property. The restaurant was tasty but it had terrible hostess that told us there was no seating, we waited over an hour and she sat us in an empty room while other guests were being seated in another room. It was a weird experience.
The inn is pretty with spacious rooms. Each of room has a fire place and you can see natura from your windows. It offered a decent breakfast. Nice staff.
