Very small bathroom. Stayed for 2 nights. Garbage was not emptied and had to use same towels we used the day before. Only given 1 bath towel per person. Frozen carton of ice cream was left in freezer from someone who stayed before us

We showed up at 5:15PM (after a 7 hour drive) and our room wasn't ready (and not going to be ready for a half an hour.) We had to leave for a concert and weren't able to check in until after the show at 12:30AM, which was a bit inconvenient.

Breakfast was okay and they had a waffle maker.

The room was run down. The bathroom ceiling was chipping and just run down looking. The jet tub was dirty with very visible dirty ring around it

The carpet is old and smelly. The only ice machine in the building is broken. The fridge in our room was old and not been defrost forever. It was old and loud. You can feel the wires under the mattress. Thank goodness that the room is not carpeted. Is fine room but not worth $181 + tax per night

There could have been more options for breakfast. The beds were squeaky, although comfortable. Walls were thin and could hear people arguing in room next door. Bathroom shower knob fell off, and bathroom door handle was very loose. Knob problem was reported upon check out.

Not very clean. The front entrance didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in quite some time. The stairs going to the second floor had trash on them when we got there and was still there the day we left. They advertised breakfast. When we went down on Saturday there were 5 bagels and 2 muffins. We passed! The rooms were recently renovated but the paint on the walls and ceiling were peeling. Our room had not been vacuumed, luckily we brought flip flops! The walls are paper thin, we could hear people above us and on both sides.

Hair was in the bathroom floor when checked in . breakfast had a small section of items to choose from , no eggs ,bacon, ext. Very load creeking sound in the bed of the room ,can hear everything from the breakfast area though the walls couldn't sleep. Gave this place a second chance to stay and it was worst then last time. Hall ways are still dirty they don't vacuum the stairs case nore the hall way . Only reason I return for a second time was the price & deal they offer online to me other that I wouldn't stay here. Building needs to improve there outside maintenance. Bathroom to plug up the tub was missing & replaced with a cover unit..TV screen was in a box. Very very disappointed. House keepers are under staff room are always being cleaned till after hours are delayed due to that.

Price rate was decent & cheap. House keepers on the second floor are decent and okay.
