We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

They had a reservation for 1 room the next night. Don’t know who was at fault because I had a confirmation for 2 rooms the first night. Still waiting to see a refund for the incorrect second day.

United StatesI traveled with a middle school show choir group from TN and we all stayed at this location. The only thing that i was disappointed with was there wasn’t complimentary breakfast. Especially with all of the hungry teens that had performed. Over all that was the only disappointment.
