Even fully understanding that the property is under going renovations the valet service was not up to Hotel standards.The valets themselves were just fine but the Hotel must find a way to keep the chaos contained.The construction is causing problems and we and other guests clearly understand this.However the Hotel can clean up the valet situation regardless the renovations.

Great location.Very accommodating and friendly staff. The restaurant was very nice and well priced.It’s an excellent Hotel especially for the money.

Under construction so that made things out front a little bit of a mess but nothing major. Totally understand that has to happen at times.

Location was perfect for the comedy show at the Majestic Theatre we went to. Close to a couple of good restaurants. We walked to most places we went.

The construction is an eye sore and made it very difficult during ride share pick ups. The elevator was very slow or stopped working altogether. Only the service elevator worked and I felt like I was intruding when I rode it with the staff. The bar has terrible hours, I felt like I could not enjoy the hotel bar the way I am used to at other properties.

Beautiful King suite, comfortable bed, loved the location. Also the soap that is used for hand washing and shower gel- smells divine and felt luxurious. Seamless and efficient check in and check out.

Elevators but yall are fixing it already And have the signs say accessible for the stairs. We assumed it was only for fire use

Hotel was overall great! Very clean and loved the location. Only complaint I’d have is Sunday morning we woke up to people hollering and cussing at each other early in the morning. Definitely could hear everything they were saying lol. Other than that our stay was great!

The lighting in the room was very poor with only one light between the two beds. There was no safe. The telephone did not work. I had to call for hospitality service at 4 PM when we return from the day in our room had not been cleaned or given new towels. Parking while waiting for the valet was limited. The Valet rate was expensive.

The room and the bathroom were small but nice. The beds and the pillows were comfortable.

Downtown is noisy at the evening and at night so windows with noise reduction option would be better for guests. And also it would be great if windows were cleaned from time to time.

I planed to spend short vacation in Dallas after business trip so I wanted to stay in downtown. Hotel's location is exactly I was looking for. Moreover the hotel in general really good and comfortable even despite of continuing renovation.

The hotel is still renovating the outside and it can make it hard to get to Valet. Waiting and having to call the Valet was irritating. Valet not readily available was irritating but in their defense, it was cold outside the days i was here at this hotel.

Very quiet, clean, relaxing. The breakfast is good. The staff and hotel makes the experience living here awesome.

I like the hotel and mostly the location. One thing I would like them to be specific is their breakfast menu. We paid for breakfast already. My husband asked for a little bellpaper in his eggs, and I asked for yogurt .. and we were charged an extra $19 (overcharged)!! That's the only thing I was not pleased with. Otherwise, everything was great

for a standard room it exceeded my typical expectations, i stay at may hotels, this was a pleasant surprise

in the room, good mattress, keurig machine for coffee, pillows were firmer, shower was walk in stall, lots of power to charge items. the bed was really comfortable however the comforter was just a single piece so when i got too hot it was either off or on, it could be better with layers
