The elevators didn’t feel sufficient for the number of guests. We were there over marathon weekend so it might have been especially busy, but people were having to wait significant amounts of time to use these.

Great location with easy transport links. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Nice atrium with good cafe and shop. Room was great and very clean.

When we had a breakfast at cafe on ground floor, one of the woman staff asked me to pay for them. After I told her that our stay plan included the breakfast, she also asked me to write my signature on the check with saying "I just want to your name to manage who came" and she wrote X mark on the check to make it appear invalid. I had no choice but to sign, but I realized the breakfast fee was charged on my credit. So I was calling hotel front soon. Undoubtedly, the staff told us a lie and it made us so sad and disappointed despite this hotel is world renowned hotel. I understand I was so careless though, I hope this hotel not to lose their reputation by such a thing.

There was a slight confusions between using credits at the eclipse restaurant and hotel. If traveling in bigger parties, it might be helpful to stick together during breakfast or when using the credit, we accidentally got billed on our card when trying to use the credit. Otherwise, the separate hotel staff was exceptional and nothing to complain about.

Property was very clean and in a great area to catch basically every type of transportation.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. I booked the bay view room with a balcony and it wasn’t what was advertised. We were able to change rooms to a better view. It was perfect! They had a really good breakfast that was included with the room which we were really surprised. They had valet parking but have another self parking garage for half the price. We had the perfect stay:)

if you want to stay in this hotel, then the parking lot will offer a payment of $91, well, this is written in the conditions, you can absolutely also park your car in this same parking lot for $37, just drive to the right turn, it's next to the hotel. And, The hotel is good, but there is no water in the rooms

They didn’t explain well how the free buffet breakfast was. At the end of my food a waiter handed me a check. Wasn’t expecting that at all, It was $40 a person, we paid $80 something for our breakfast we paid the check in cash gave the waiter $100 he never told us anything when he took it. I called the front desk when I got to my room and asked them what breakfast was included. They said the buffet, and when I told her the waiter gave me a check to pay she said that it was to be billed to the room but then would be comped off my bill. I told her I gave the waited $100 and she told me to go back down to the waiter and get my money back. To me she shouldn’t have asked me the guest to do that. And the waiter should have told us something as well.
