Parking lot is very big, but the lighting at night was not great. I had to park very far from the entrance and navigating the dark, shadowy lot was difficult.

Breakfast was not provided, however, there were light breakfast items for sale in the shop and there was a restaurant onsite which I did not visit.

The only negative that I have is that the shower in our bathroom had poor drainage. The water was very slow going down.

Room was big, spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet was very good. A lot of options every day( we stayed for 3 nights and each day they had a few different items. The staff was great and very helpful. The bed was comfortable.

The pool area was humid and pool doesn’t open until 10am. The morning we were leaving we were hoping to do an hour in pool, but they were cleaning and couldn’t access until 10 and checkout is at 11.

Booked a "suite" with king bed and received basically 2 rooms - one a bedroom with 2x double beds (185) and one a "conference" room (183), which was interleading. Not what I have expected as a "suite" and at the price paid! Struggled to get my laundry back. Breakfast extremely expensive, for what you get.

Nothing stood out in particular. All "in the hotel" general area as expected, as I have stayed at the Hyatt Regency before.

Accessing TV apps was extremely time consuming and confusing. And you have to walk the full length of the first floor lobby and ballroom lobby area to get to and from the pool.

Restaurant dinner food was excellent, and the server guided us to very unique and delicious appetizers, sides, entrées, and desserts. The manager was at the restaurant and he provided exceptional and personal customer service.

Cost was steep, and the room could have used a deeper clean. There were a few items left from the last person on the window sill and in the bathroom that made me feel a little off. The beds were clean and had fresh linens.

The property had ample parking, a courteous staff, and plenty of amenities. The rooms worked for my needs.

There were dark hairs stuck on shower tiles. I am blonde, so that really was glaring to me. Also, the shower is not for short people-I got a blast of cold water when trying to turn on.

Furniture shows a bit of wear. Central Atrium is huge and nice addition, but the plants are weirdly artificial. Cafe hours limited. Short drive to downtown Princeton, but nothing is walking distance other than connected office space.

Smaller than standard size pillows on a king bed that we're not very comfortable to sleep on. Wish I brought my own pillow. Conflicting info on the pool hours, thought it was only open until 9pm, so I didn't go, but turns out it was open until 11pm. Asked for no room service during 2 day stay, but they came in anyway.

Access to the pool was difficult as the card key didn’t work. Someone let us in and we in turn had to let others in.

We liked the overall atmosphere and quality of the facility. In general it was excellent. Clean, comfortable room, with refrigerator and coffee maker. We LOVED our balcony overlooking the amazing atrium! We also really liked the pool, and it was definitely worth getting breakfast included with the room. It was top notch and there were so many items to choose from!

We unfortunately stayed on a Saturday night when there were three weddings at the venue. We were placed on the first floor even though I had called to request being away from the noisy areas. The only room they could change us to was a double, when we had selected a King. Lots of wedding revelers late at night making lots of noise. The parking lot was nearly full and it felt like we had to walk a long way to get to the hotel.

Beautiful facility. Elegant lounge area. Breakfast was exceptional, like a nice restaurant. Choose the breakfast that comes with the room!
