Air conditioning was on sooooo high in the atrium/restaurant area we had to leave and take our food up to our room. Far too cold.

Nothing--everything was awesome!

The staff was just amazing! My sister and I had walked so much the day of our stay that she had some "toe issues". The staff were so kind to hook her up with a plentitude of bandages!! :)

Lobby is odd and they need a restaurant for breakfast and lunches because the deli is spare.

The room service for breakfast was really lacking. I don't know if this is a remnant from covid, but everything came in takeout form with plastic everything. Wish they had everything properly plated on a rollaway tray because it made the whole experience really overpriced for a cheap takeout style breakfast. They also forgot to bring the milk we requested for the coffee and even after we called for them to bring some up they never did. They need to fix that asap if they want to be seen as a respectable hotel.

Beautiful rooms, quiet, comfortable beds, really nice touches (light dimmers etc.) facing a lovely inner covered atrium. This hotel was overall wonderful and we'd definitely stay here again when visiting family in Greenwich.

The air-conditioning in the room was below par . . . hair in the sink and toliet upon arrival. NOT a good first impression. Lights in the closet kept mysteriously turning on!!!

The Bar was nice and the morning coffee.

bathtubs very slippery-no grabbin shower -all showers snees a grab bar, as accodents happen to folks of all ages

The availability of food throughout the day was limited. Apparently still being worked on. Also for a long stay which mine was, I would have appreciated a laundry room, which there was not. I would have appreciated a small microwave oven, which was not available. The mattress wasn't the best.

Parking was great, very convenient for in and out.

We were initially given room that was not ready There was debris in hallway Parking should be free. It's a large parking lot in a suburban town. No reason to charge.

Food- neither room service nor restaurant was great, not enough gluten free, dairy free options- lots of cheese. Not enough warm vegateables. Salads so so.

A bit pricey for a Hyatt in a suburb.

We stay here every year for Thanksgiving whilst visiting family. They renovated and it’s much nicer now.

No restaurant for breakfast! Food was ordered and brought to room. It was cold and unappetising. I would say that cost of food was removed (we still had to pay tax). This meant we had to leave hotel for breakfast. Also no amenities in room i.e. shower cap etc. also extremely dark with insufficient lighting and USB ports for modern hotel.also asked for hangers twice and never got them!

Rooms have been recently renovated. Looked nee and clean. Hiwever, the lighting in the rooms is eanting. Too dark!

I should have stayed longer.

This was the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. Great facilities, nice staff and that Atrium is just like a wonderland. I loved every minute of my stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was near an ice maker that was used all night long. The noise was so loud it kept us awake. Adults used it as a social gathering spot and children used it as a playground making the stay painfully uncomfortable.
