I didn't see the value for money in any part of the hotel. Room was the same thing I would expect anywhere. Even factoring in the location -- no minibar, 3 dollar water bottles, no breakfast included -- my expectations for 300 per night (and that was the discounted rate) were just higher given what I have seen in other places.

Hotel was very close to the airport. In the pinch we were in, it was very practical. Staff exceeded expectations and were helpful and responsive.

The price was double compared to other hotels in the area. It was nothing different than similar brand chains. We were stuck overnight due to a long flight delay, and I thought it would be easier just to pay and stay at this hotel, but I ultimately decided next time I would get a room for less than half the price. You could stay oceanfront in Hawaii for this price!

Staff was friendly and had answers to my questions. Room service was available, and they called after to check in to make sure everything was okay. I called front desk upon landing because I wasn't sure how to get to the hotel and they gave me directions on which gate to exit (C 21- but we had to go out at C25). There was construction at the airport so a little chaotic. We ended up walking to the hotel- walk across the parking lot at C-21. There are signs! It required navigating a few sets of steps with our luggage - not a big deal for us, but perhaps for others. It was probably quicker than waiting for the shuttle as no one answered the few times I called after exiting airport. Shuttle for return to airport was on time and appreciated.

Excellent and efficient pick up shuttle service from the airport. The hotel is located close to the airport so it is convenient for lay overs. The bar/restaurant area was also a great place to have a drink and a meal during our overnight stay. We would definitely stay here again.

The price for one night was steep. Supply and demand I suppose.

Beautiful place, walkable from the terminal. Staff wonderful, space great, beds very comfy, so clean. Well done everyone. Also enjoyed the flavoured water in the lobby thanks. No noise from the airport surprisingly.

Housekeeping service rooms were next to mine and housekeeping was quite loudly communicating getting their trollies ready in the morning. I worked at night, across timelines and hence was sleeping in the mornings and this woke me up both mornings, the second I suggested them being more considerate to guests at an airport hub.

Great Shuttle service. Excellent to have fridge/freezer for my medication and icepacks for continous journey in the room. Good food selection in the bistro shop. Friendly bar staff. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Good enough Gym.

So this was unique to our time of stay but due to construction it was quite difficult to reach the hotel. Also arriving from a different country my phone wasn’t set up yet and it was hard to reach the hotel. Luckily airport staff helped me to call for a shuttle.

The rooms were large, nice entertainment options, and the lobby “cafe” was open late which was great since we arrived on an international flight at 12am.

I was six deep inline and it took over 15 minutes to get to my turn. The booking.com app told me to contact the hotel or they might give my reservation away. There were 30 people behind me. After missing flights due to thunderstorms and only one staff person checking in non-priority people, it was stressful. I paid over $400 for a $100 room. I won't be back, canceled flight or not.

The breakfast was wonderful. Hot omlette made the way I wanted it. The hotel was clean and lively.

The hallway decor needs a refresh. It is dated right out of the 1970's - but surprisingly the room was up to date and nice.

The room was spacious and up to date and comfortable - I have a large room and it was quiet and clean. I arrived very late and it was ready for me without any issues.

Good shuttle service. We had to spend the night at the airport, so booked into the Hyatt Regency right at the hotel. It was comfortable and the shuttle service from the terminal and back to another terminal in the morning was excellent.
