Big room, good AC, good lighting, good furniture options, comfortable bed, nice size bathroom.

Chipped paint, wires visible, and popping out, furniture worn out, wasn't as clean as I expected.

Location and staff were amazing .

I booked through booking.com and paid them. Upon check in they tried to charge me again. I literally had to show them where the amount came out of my checking account before they would proceed. Showing them the booking on booking.com wasnt enough. Then they tried to charge me for parking snd I had to go back into my booking to prove I had already paid for parking.

Beautiful interior , room with amazing view , front staff very helpful for our later check out time.

Self parking was a little walk . But not bad.

The beds were comfortable. The front desk was helpful. The a/c worked well. Loved the glass elevator. I really love the little coffee shop that’s open 24/7!

The location is on the edge of the downtown Dallas area so not much interaction unless you Uber out or are there for a convention. The pool was closed down and that was the main reason I picked this place. There was no warning or anything. Why would any hotel in Dallas when it’s 100 degrees out close down their pool for remodeling? My son was so disappointed. I kept starring at the Omni with their refreshing pool and wished I had opted to stay there. The restaurant didn’t offer much choice and they advertised an Italian restaurant that is also NOT open. The toilet paper was absolutely awful. It was like sand paper. There were no make up wipes and the shampoo did not lather my hair. It must have been really watered down. The room was in decent shape but not much was restocked and there were lots of long, thick, black hairs in the room. The bathroom floor was pretty dirty as looked the bath mat, so I wore my flip flops in the shower. The tea wasn’t restocked for me nor the creamer and or sweetener in my five day stay. The railroad is right next door and brakes and horns go all night long. I would never opt to stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the shower and a lotion dispenser and hand soap on the counter. The air conditioner was great. I liked the push-button controls for the window coverings. Comfortable beds.

The hill walking up from the self parking. While this gentle incline is good exercise, it's unpleasant after a day of activities.

Room was great, definitely better than most hotels at this price point. View was great too.

No complimentary bottled water, first Hyatt Regency+ hotel I've ever experienced that, very odd.
